I ordered the wrong thing and I was able to just send an email and they sent me everything I needed. Great job.

I bought this water heater and installation was a breeze. Could not get it to start but emailed the company and they told me what to do and it went to work. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. Just used it a little bit but I believe we are going to be very satisfied.

1) The tankless water heater NEVER worked from day one. But we understand things happen, so we call (you can't talk to a person, you have to leave a message). It takes at least 2 days for them to respond. We do what they suggest and call again. Another 2-3 days before we get a response asking to do try something else. (still doesn't work) Purchased on 5/21/23. Have never been able to speak to an actual person, but they did ask if they could text. So even with that, they still don't respond faster than 2-3 days. It's a few days from August and we still have a defective tankless water heater and no help. If I could give negative stars I would!!!

Ordering was simple. What I received was exactly as described. Installation was easy. Performance is great

Shipping from order date was fast. FedEx slowed the delivery by 2 days.

This review is more about the customer service aspect, as the product is still new, so I haven't had it long enough for a full review of that.

In a word, the customer service was excellent at the most crucial time... something went wrong during the order/delivery process, and we were mistakenly given some incorrect information that led to some lost time. The representatives we spoke to were extremely professional, attentive, and appropriately responsive. They not only took responsibility for the error, but they also stayed in contact with us until the entire issue was resolved, the product was in our possession, and Fogatti Living had taken appropriate steps to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. Thanks, Fogatti Living for caring enough to turn a frustrating mistake into an example of customer service excellence. We will definitely recommend you whenever the occasion arises.

The Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It began to scald the hell out of us while showering. Heater broke within 10 months, and “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is an even bigger joke. Never spoke to a technician, not a single time, after multiple email inquiries. The company knows their product is an absolute POS so they hide behind emails. I called the 800 number at least a half dozen times, and it’s just someone in another country takin’ punches for them. One of the young women admitted, the company erases sales data every 6 months so warranty issues can be deflected as much as possible. I purchased my unit directly from Fogatti, and suddenly the company website did not recognize my user name and password when I began to inquire about the warranty. So, I used a screenshot of the shipping notice with order number during the “warranty claim” because Fogatti miraculously needed proof of purchase. Every single person who did respond could not find the order number I provided. If I could leave negative numbers, I would. The technician who installed my NEW TRUMA said, GOOD LUCK with the warranty claim. It’s going to be a huge pain the butt.

Fogatti is just more CHINA CRAP. STAY AWAY!!!

STILL NO REFUND AND ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ALL INQUIRIES. I have a return receipt via FedEx. They’ve had my POS heater for more than a week.

Again, STAY AWAY this company makes garbage and uses the “warranty” as bait. I was dumb enough to bite. I’ve asked multiple RV Techs and everyone reported similar experiences.

First, the device works exceptionally. Does it work better than what I had? No... It's about the same as the competitors.

I'm not happy with you folks. I have called twice and never received a call back. I have questions, and now no way to ask.

Incidentally, you might try mentioning for many installations you will need to figure out how to make it fit.

I bought two units in one year and the first time I need technical support there is none.

This is the second purchase of a fagotti hot water heater in less then a year. The 1st was for our travel trailer and purchased the 2nd for our fifth wheel. When I called for information on the model for our fifth wheel, I asked about the new model which is a 100.00 more after talking to the representative on the phone I was more then comfortable purchasing the same model 55,000 for our fifthwheel. We had no trouble installing even with an on command system in our 2019 keystone alpine 3800fk. We did not include it in the incommand system we hooked into the 12v through a light. Works great don't know how I ever lived for 4 weeks without it. Thank you again for all your help and a great product.

The product fit right into the space the old water heater occupied. It was only a six gallon holder. This tankless water heater gives 20 min. of hot water and performs well.

Product is an amazing replacement for my older tank style water heater. Was a direct fit so no cutting or modification. The extra steps required like running electrical and mounting control panel were easier than expected and everything was labeled for ease. Can’t say experience with customer service could have gone any better as well. Mail had lost my unit and fogatti had a unit at my doorstep the day after I spoke with them. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

1. I ordered through fogatti direct. It processed 5 times through my bank account. Had to call the bank and straighten it out. No help from customer service.
2. The rv a/c unit had to have an adult signature. That doesn't work if I get off at 530pm and fedex is already done for the day. Had to take off work early and drive to the next city to the fedex place to pickup my a/c unit.
3. They didn't send all of the parts. They left out the control wire for the control pad.
4. The unit was too large for the hole. They couldnt make the unit 14inches square like everyone else. I had to make the hole larger.
5. After wiring everything up, no display. You need to have 12 volts DC at the unit for control power. The instructions say to hook it up to your battery. Do you know how hard that's gonna be. Why didn't they just put an 120vac to 12vdc transformer in the power box? I've ordered thermostat wire and a transformer through Amazon. But needles to say, i have a new unit,but to this day I've not been able to enjoy it.
6. The duct for the supply side is too short. I've called customer service who turned me over to technical support who has not yet contacted me.
If I wouldnt have spent $1,100 on this unit I would carry it down and throw it in the dumpster out of frustration.
Keep in mind, I'm mechanically and electrically capable of installing this unit. I'm actually very easy to please. But this has been the worst experience of any project I've ever worked on.

The thing we loved most about Fogatti is the simplicity of the website. on top of that we love their products. we have the tankless water heater and now the 13,500 BTU roof top unit. both work amazingly well. we have already recommended these items to numerous people along with telling them how good the products are.

We love our new on demand water heater. It's nice not to have to worry about running out of hot water.
