We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water…
We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water heater that we received within 5 days, it was very quick getting here, the installation was about a 4 hour job, very easy and straightforward. I can’t figure out why I didn’t do this sooner. We love taking a shower without having to shut the water off constantly, it takes just seconds to get hot water at the tap. Before I ordered I had sent them a message asking questions and they called me back right away and they answered all my questions. All and all this was a very good experience.

Great, quality product. I did receive a defective control board and it was replaced QUICKLY and without many questions at all. Great customer service.

Because I didn’t have choice of 18x18…
Because I didn’t have choice of 18x18 black door ordered white. I emailed my problem they made sure I received a black door.

Better than a standard RV water heater…
Better than a standard RV water heater with a tank yet tremendously more cost-effective than a Gerard or truma. The 18x18-in door was Flawless in its design and looks great once installed. Be sure you reinforce with two x 4

Received the 55000 unit and installed…
Received the 55000 unit and installed easily. Worked very well with first use. Have had no problems so far with it. Only issue I have is it will not pull up to the 123 degree mark. So far 117 is all it go to. This being said, 117 is plenty hot enough for showers. My wife is at a 100 and I use around 104. No hot water stops till you’re finished. I was reading perhaps we need to add a high flow propane regulator to get full burn to 123 degree. But this unit has satisfied me up to my expectations. Hope she continues to work flawlessly as it is now.

The product is fine I love it
The product is fine I love it. Since giving my information to your company the spam and junk calls are ridiculous, I receive at least 15 day. Before buying your product I got 2 or 3 a week. I am convinced you sold my info. I hope you made a bunch of money.
