I looked at a few on demand water heaters and decided on this one.
Install was a breeze, works as it should and is fairly efficient on propain.
It replaced a suburban 12gal had to order the big 18x18 door. Everything fit great and looks factory

Quick response to questions when ordering. Although the site claims to include a door, if you require an 18x18 door, it us NOT included and cost an additional $80.

I'm not sure how the product works yet, as the wrong one was sent first. I asked for expidited shipping on the replacement, so I would have time to install it before our Memorial Day weekend trip. The replacement is supposed to be delivered today(the day before we leave), which was longer than the original took. Hopefully I can edit my rating after I install the unit next week(after our trip).

I have a 1997 class A diesel pusher still running the original water heater, a suburban 6-gallon tank propane unit. I was going to install an electric point of use water heater inline before the propane water heater. The more I researched and considered I may not have the electrical requirement in all situations, the more I decided against it for now. I use the coach for work travel and usually have unlimited electrical, but it can be delayed for a week or two upon arrival. That being said I decided on this Fogatti because of the on-demand feature and I believe it uses far less propane than a tank heater. I have been using the Fogatti now, every day, for a month. Working perfectly and yes it will heat water as long as you want or until you run out of fuel for it.
I may install an electric on-demand/point-of-use heater in the future just to save on propane (LP Gas) when parked for months on a job.
The Fogatti was worth the investment, I would buy it again for any RV I own.

So far all is great good shipping good customer service. Only thing i didnt like was the door for 18 inch size . The hinge areas have large areas that need alot of calking to seal good and around unit needs calked inside for any water or bugs to enter ather tha that great

I've been all about Fogatti since I gave their tankless water heater a try. It worked very well and was a cinch to install.
Fogatti's 15000 btu roof A/C for my fifth wheel wasn't difficult to install. In truth the only reason; so far I refuse to give 5 stars is because the remote line is ridiculously short which is grossly inconvenient to open the cover plate cause the remote line IS STUPID SHORT!

I called their number after blowing a fuse (I had the 12v + and - reversed). My cell dropped the call in the middle of troubleshooting it with me. Before I could call them back they were calling me. I have never had a company call me back like that. I did a lot of reviewing of RV Tankless heaters from full-timers like myself before going with Fogatti. Not only did they get high marks for the product but others have had the same experience as I did with customer service. In a time when RV manufacturers are turning out complete junk (My tank water was less than 5 years old) I am grateful to a company like Fogatti that is responsive to its customers. I guarantee you they will be at the top of my list for any other products they produce that I need. I've been using the tankless heater for a few weeks now. Let it heat up the water, hop on in and the waters nice and hot just like I like it.

Easy to install,customer service really helps only problem is the door. I need 18”x18” door which I need to buy separately and isn’t cheap now l have extra 15”x15” door which I have no use for.

Water heater doesn’t work called customer service and they were going to send a part. It’s been a few days and part hasn’t left the shop yet!!!
