Alan was extremely helpful from initial interaction all the way through to delivering my phone back to me. He went above and beyond my phone was fixed in a much shorter time than anticipated. I would absolutely recommend fon fix to anyone looking to get their phone repaired. The staff were all extremely helpful in a stressful time when your phone is broken!

Disappointed with the experience

I've been trying to talk to someone all morning as I don't know if I have to collect my order or if they're going to deliver it to me. Comunicación is very poor and not prompt. I need to plan my day around this.

I've used Fónfix twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. Adam at the front desk, in particular, provided wonderful client care.

I had an issue with my phone and I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam . He was so helpful and his people person skills are admirable. I had some difficulty with my phone getting it fixed but Adam assured me that it would be resolved .

very very expensive if your device is out of warranty. I was quoted 450 euros for almost intact phone which got repaired for 100 euros outside. They even didn't check the phone and sent it back to me after I refised their quote

Adam at the front desk takes his time to explain things to you. He gives you some well-explained options and then tells you when you can expect to have your device back. Which by the way, is always accurate. Overall a great no fuss, no-time-wasting, efficient service that does exactly as advertised. Well done to all involved.

Simple and easy to book online, Adam made the service so much easier when I dropped it to sandyford, same day s23 ultra screen replacement. 5/5 for customer service, 5/5 for quality work.

I have mixed feelings... my phone was repaired very quickly and within 2 days they replaced the batteries and sent the device back to me. But the "new" battery is damaged in my opinion because the phone does not last even one day with occasional use... 5 minutes after disconnecting the charger from 100% it becomes 94%... I am trying to contact about this but the contact is difficult because I do not receive an answer

It was really easy to use the website and book an appointment for an in-person drop off. Only took about 45 to fix my phone screen which exceeded my expectations. Luckily, they did not have to wipe my phone and when I received it back, it was like brand new. A little expensive but an amazing service, would recommend to anyone

Super quick turn around time and really easy process

Great service. I left my phone in the morning and it was done in around 3h. I later saw you could leave the phone in a vodafone store, I suppose that's more convenient, I wish I knew about it.
