We ordered two pairs of Birkenstocks on the 29/11/2024. Only one pair arrived on the 24th Dec. I have been trying to follow up where the other pair is with no contact back. Ordered in November and still don't have so daughter missed out on a christmas present and pair we do have are too small with no contact for return. So basically have wasted $500. Purchase from a shop you can go to in person and don't lose money like us. So dissapointed..... Order number #2414

Especially love the one that said she ‘spoke’ to someone in customer service… all their numbers are disconnected so that is surprising!

Still no contact from this business and still no order… the fact I may actually receive the shoes at some point but they will be counterfeit makes me feel sick to my stomach.

Keep posting the truth - keep posting that this business is unethical and disgusting.

I made a dispute with Afterpay - they are also as good as useless - sent me a response from FH with a non-existent tracking number dated prior to when I made the actual purchase - what a joke. Now AP are ghosting me.

Still no refund - after providing counterfeit shoes.

Now they are posting fake positive reviews that *surprise* answer exactly the issues that 100s of people are experiencing without resolution!

Let me just say, my experience with this company was a rollercoaster, but it ended perfectly. I ordered the wrong size (classic me not double-checking), and when the shoes arrived, I was heartbroken that they didn’t fit. I reached out to customer service, and they were amazing—quick, polite, and genuinely helpful.

The person I spoke to, whose name was Alexia, went above and beyond. She emailed me a return label right away, helped me figure out the correct size, and even offered to expedite shipping for the replacement. The new pair arrived a week later, and they’re PERFECT.

Honestly, the way they handled everything made me trust this company so much. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they fix them that counts. These shoes are my new favorites, and I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know about this brand! Highly recommend over ever other company for sure!

Got these as a gift for my mom, and let me tell you, she hasn’t stopped raving about them. She said they’re the most comfortable shoes she’s ever owned and even wore them to her gardening club the same day. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but seeing her so happy made it totally worth it. FootHaven really delivered (literally and figuratively)!

I was excited to receive my shoes but when it was delivered I was surprised because i didn't notice that I ordered the wrong size of shoes. The return process was far more complicated than expected, because it took one week to get a new pair of shoes with the correct size. It would be better if the company would streamlined the return process, improve the communication, and speed up the replacement shipping to provide a better customer experience

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock’s 1st Dec it’s now the 5th of Jan & the shoes have still not arrived.
I’ve emailed and asked for a tracking number but have not had a reply.
I’ve now asked for a refund but no reply or refund either.

This website is a scam. Do not order from this website. My credit card was debited on 29.11.24 and I did not receive my order. The only communication I have received is to advise that the order has been shipped and I should receive it on 23.12.24. I never received the order. The tracking number provided just states a label has been created on 19.12.24. I have reported this to the Commonwealth Bank as a dispute transaction but they are not very helpful either.

i got my shoes from foothaven and the quality was on top, super worth it.

Stay away! My story is the same as so many. Ordered Dec.2. Was reassured that my order would arrive 18th-23rd, in time for Christmas. Have been emailing daily and getting no response. They had originally told me that they would get some tracking details and get back to me. Never happened. Have not defended their business at all which tells me they are not a reputable company. Doubt I will ever see the $240 shoes I paid for. Pathetic and shameful…

This website is a scam, they do not respond to emails and I have not received my order, I got given a fake tracking number and zero correspondence back to over 10 emails. Do not buy from here.

Update* This company even sent me an Australia Post tracking number. When goods had still not arrived( after nearby two months)- I contacted Australia Post, gave then the tracking number- which turned out to b a scam tracking number! CLOSE THIS COMPANY/

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 16 December and yet to arrive. Tracking just says pending constantly. Have reached out and just get a big tired excuse about this time of the year delivery delays etc etc. have requested a refund but no response. I should have read their trust pilot reviews before ordering asn I never would have ordered from them.

Ordered birkenstocks off the website on the 10th of January and was told they would be coming in 3-5 days. I was then told that the order was late and was coming after Christmas but if I could submit a review on tripadvisor the order could be expedited. Since then I was expecting the order by 22nd and promised a full refund if not after which my order hasn't come and I've not received any correspondence.

I've paid in full and not received anything at all and I get the sense the order is never coming. If there's advice on legal action to claim my money back for a fake order please could someone let me know - in the meantime I'm filing a report with the ACCC
