I ordered Raven Birkenstocks on the 1st December, paid $259.

2 weeks later we received an update saying that delays due to Black Friday meant that the shoes would be delayed until the 18th December.

I sent multiple messages trying to track the order but never received any reply. I then called the phone number which was listed for this company on my bank statement. This number did not connect. The address also listed by my bank is in Surry Hills and is incorrect for this business.

My shoes finally arrived on the 30th December.

As we hadn't received the shoes for nearly a month and the company hadn't responded to any of my messages, I began reading reviews. Reviews suggested that the company was fraudulent and selling fake Birks.

After receiving the shoes I contacted Birkenstock Australia and they confirmed that FootHaven is selling counterfeit Birkenstocks.

I have since contacted FootHaven again to request a refund but again there is no response to my messages via their website form and after completing the return form also on their website they say that they will send details on how to return. Yet again, there is no response from them on how to return. I have also tried to speak to them via their chat function on the website but this also isn't answered.

I am now going through the process of trying to recoup the money through my bank. Birkenstock Australia have also suggested that I report the company to the police.

All very time consuming!

Ordered on Dec 2nd 2024 for a Xmas present, order has still bot arrived and it’s Jan 10th.
The order has not been shipped, and I have not received any communication as to when it will be.
Horrible experience, do not trust them.

Ordered Birkenstocks at Black Friday sale and received multiple emails apologising for the delay in delivery and how sorry they were. It's now 10 Jan 2025 and I have no Birks, no reply and have lost $250. Stay away from this site :)

They are fraud company, my order for Black Friday disappeared, no item received.
they provide fake dhl link to me and afterpay,and they trying to let me delete the review.

The shoes showed up today, and they’re great. Comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I needed. 4 Defs not 5 stars because the product is solid, but the shipping process could definitely be better.

I placed an order with FootHaven 4 week prior to Christmas to allow plenty of time. After hearing nothing from them for 10days, I emailed support requesting a refund before the item was shipped and was provided with a tracking number the following week along with an absolute guarantee that my product would arrive before Christmas. I then received an apology email for the delay with another absolute guarantee that my order would arrive before the 23rd of December. I tracked the order daily, until the 20th when my order showed as successfully delivered.... In another state in Australia. I have tried contacting the company 11 times since then with no response. I wound up having to order the $300 shoes from another site and am now out of pocket $600.
Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company.

Seems like this company just gets with the worst. First no tracking. Second I couldn’t access website… than this morning the item arrived.!!!

Ordered shoes on the 8th December.. after an email asking if I’d receive the shoes for Xmas they responded saying I missed the cut off date for pre Xmas delivery.. ok .. BUT now I’ve waited a whole month for a pair of shoes! I’ve emailed since Xmas with no response from Foothaven.
My thoughts are that I have been scammed .. truly peeved!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with FootHaven. What started as a simple order for a Christmas gift has turned into an ongoing nightmare of delays, poor communication, and outright neglect.
Ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 28th, received the wrong size, and placed a second order, which never arrived. Customer support ignored multiple emails, and the outdated return process (paper forms!) meant I couldn’t return the first pair while traveling. Over 1.5 months later, I’m out of pocket for two pairs of shoes and still no resolution. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on black friday and items didnt arrive for christmas. Chased up multiple times. Eventually one item came but one is still missing. Emails to support now bouncing back , website non existent and ABN search advised they were cancelled in 2022! Posting as a warning to others

Ordered Birks 3rd of December, was told of delay for shipping and asked for a refund as I needed them earlier than when I was told they would arrive. Was told they have already been shipped (6th of December) they never came and support didn’t respond to me. Their website is now gone and emails bounce back. Very disappointed now out of pocket $275 dollars. Also paid for express shipping 😂😭

I absolutely love my new shoes! They’re even better than I expected, super stylish, comfy, and perfect for everyday wear. Shipping was fast, and the quality is amazing for the price. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a pair of sneakers, and I’m really happy with them! The shipping was fast, and the shoes look exactly like the pictures. They fit perfectly and feel super comfortable, even after wearing them all day. The quality is great for the price, and I’ll definitely be buying from here again.

After many weeks of delaying tactics I received the product from the seller, however unfortunately they are counterfeit and this has been confirmed by Birkenstock Australia. Do not purchase anything from this sham company under any circumstances and dispute the transaction with your credit company immediately if you are able to do so.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks in the Black Friday sales thinking they would come for Christmas, it took a month!!! They turned up on Christmas eve when I was unable to collect them. After waiting that long for delivery they were unfortunately the wrong size so i requested a refund and have sent numerous emails to the support email confirming that they have the size to exchange. They have gone quiet, no response to any communications and now their website is down!! Now i'm concerned I won't receive the product or a return. Communicate to your customers!!!!

Do not buy anything from these scammers. I too ordered Birkenstocks in early December and have sent 4 x follow up emails of which they replied to one. Today - email to their support was returned and website can no longer be found !

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on sale right before Christmas and got an email confirming that my order was placed. However, I haven't heard anything since then. I tried emailing them, but my messages bounced back. I checked their website, and it's disappeared. I've reached out to my bank, but I'm really disappointed about the whole situation.

I love these shoes it really does fit to me, love the color and the design!! I can’t wait to wear this during my travel.

Ordered birkenstocks on sale on 12th December. Their website stated there might be slight delays due to the Christmas season, however I wasn't in a mad rush for them, so I went ahead with the order. Ever since then it's been crickets.
I've sent 2 follow up emails to enquire about the status of my order and didn't receive any response.
Clicked onto their website today and it's no longer working.
