Faultless. A brilliant service and we would use Fourth Wall again in a heartbeat. We had a difficult journey getting to the end house and Joshua was brilliant source of help and advice throughout. Incredible standard of customer service and the survey produced was fantastic. So clear and detailed and pictures included have great clarity to the report. Was on hand after to discuss also.

We used Forth Wall for a Building survey on a residential freehold property. It was an excellent service all the way through from initial contact to sending us the report. Communication from Josh and Annie was really clear and prompt and The survey was clear and had a good balance of detail.

The photos, labelled diagram of a house structure and glossary of terms were really useful in helping us to understand some elements we were unfamiliar with.

They also sent us an example report so we had an idea of what would be included- it was this, the quick turn around time between survey and report and the inclusion of estimated costs of the more urgent issues that made us choose Fourth Wall.

Josh's website was really clear and made the process seem a lot less daunting for first time buyers.

Josh and Annie were responsive immediately and sent an example report, which was of high standard and easy to understand, the pictures and estimate pricing breakdown is something we have not seen in other reports, which is why we chose Fourth Wall.

Absolutely amazing service. Would highly recommend! Extremely prompt, I was against the clock and the service
provided was above and beyond. I paid for the building survey and was kept up to date all the way through. Once my report was issued, which again was spot on the 5 day request, I was contacted to discuss the report over the phone. This was a massive plus because there were certain terms that was explained to me over the phone that made my life so much easier. Would 100% recommend this company.

Arranged for a full building survey at short notice. The report was clear, concise and straight to the point, with excellent technical detail. The traffic light system and budgetary costs were also very helpful in understanding the seriousness of issues raised.

Fourth Wall carried out a building survey for us on an Edwardian house in need full renovation. Josh responded immediately to all my emails and was incredibly helpful. He was able to carry out the survey within days and at very good value compared with other companies. The report he produced was incredibly thorough, easy to understand and contained supporting images, explanations and indicative costs. Josh followed up with a phone call to check we had understood everything. The survey picked up a number of costly issues, such as dry rot, and gave us the leverage to negotiate on the agreed asking price. I would recommend Fourth Wall to anyone requiring a survey before purchasing a property.
