Really good experience with Fourth Wall for my survey. I've had surveys before and this just doesn't compare in terms of quality of information. Great value.

Very informative and a transparent fast service.
A detailed report was provided in a week. It was well presented, clearly laid out and each point colour coded where needed.
A pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Detailed, easy to understand survey - great service.
I chose Fourth Wall from a price comparison website when I was looking for a detailed survey. What swung it for me was the sample survey I was sent in response to my initial enquiry - it showed us exactly what we could expect to get. Another plus-point was being able to speak directly to the surveyor when I first rang, rather than to a sales agent. We're not buying the house now, after this survey - it highlighted problems that the building society survey wouldn't've done (as it was, the BS only did a desktop survey anyway, due to covid!). Our survey was as detailed as the sample one, yet it was easy to understand and explained exactly all the issues. I'd definitely use Fourth Wall again, if I needed to.
