Very impressive. Due to the day ordered, it arrived only two days later (in Scotland). Great quality and as discribed. I had made a mistake in the detail of my order but that was sorted with a single email and no fuss which was appreciated!

Really helpful company
Really helpful company. I wanted a specific item that was out of stock. I tried several companies and Frankly flooring were the only one who proactively contacted the manufacturer to find out when it would be available and kept me informed of progress. All of this at a very competitive price.

Not interested once you've paid takes 4 months to respond to factual reviews then apparently concurrs with your observations nice to see they agree there service is rubbish
Ordered and paid for four boxes of Karndean RL48 oak flooring for a total of £636.00.
Delivery date advised the next day with advise that a tracking link would be sent on the delivery day to track in real time.
They failed to do this until I telephoned them around lunchtime to ensure delivery was still happening.
Prepped floor and opened the boxes ready to lay and noticed the planks had actual depressions and indentations into the surface forming little hollows.
I telephoned frankly flooring furniture and sent numerous images of such as requested.
After consulting there director they advised it was a manufacturing problem and that they would arrange replacements for delivery.
2 days later they emailed saying they would not be exchanging them as it was intentional detail sending some photos from Karndean displaying such dents.
These are not on the Karndean website or frankly flooring furniture’s website or in any text describing this flooring.
After expressing disappointment at this service I was advised I could exchange the flooring at a 30% restocking fee plus carriage circa £207.00.
It beggars belief that they fail to accurately describe there product or show imagery to detail such finishes especially seeming they thought it was fault themselves.

When you first contacted us regarding the texture and markings on the planks, we immediately raised the matter with the manufacturer to ensure we provided you with accurate information. Following their review, Karndean confirmed that the detailing was an intentional part of the product’s design and finish, rather than a manufacturing defect.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and while we appreciate this outcome was not the one you had hoped for, we do thank you for your feedback as it helps us continue improving our product information and service.

Poor service
An order I placed three weeks ago is still only partially fulfilled, and I was told I'd be given an update on the situation on three separate occasions, only for them not to honour these promises. Never again.

missing flooring
Ordered 6 packets of flooring. We received 5 packets that had been delivered to a house 2 streets away.
I have called the company and emailed them on numerous occasions, but have still had no reply or explanation.
I have now had to buy an additional pack from another company as the floor layer has been booked in to fit before xmas. Still waiting on a reply from Frankly flooring.

we needed a box of Kardean flooring to replace a few existing strips that had been scratched during some kitchen work. We found it in stock here at a great price and and minuscule delivery cost compared to other stockists. the order process was easy and it was delivered in a few days. excellent
