Transferring money in sucks
Unable to transfer money into my account. And getting an answer takes 3 days!? I am looking at other apps to use as I cannot always struggle with transferring money to Freetrade and waiting for a week or more until it's done. How is that such a poor process???

Don't thrust them your money
Move fast, break things, ignore customers. Some years ago around COVID times they had locked me in a position for a week - you could buy, but you couldn't sell. On the forum one of the founders told me to go be whiny somewhere else. Never used them since.

As a new investor to the site
As a new investor to the site , I found the process quite easy once I learnt the site navigation. The web page was far better to use then the Phone APP.
The process to fund my account was simple and quick as was the selecting shares and ETF's.

Sipp with no fees
The free sipp account with no fees is good. In deed this is the only reason I came for.
Don't think this app is that easy to use, and the layout looks old or weird.
My ISA is in another provider as is more visual and easy to understand.

Withdrawals have gotten faster
Withdrawals have gotten faster at processing and the range of stocks available (out of subscription) are sufficient for my uses.
It seems worth the subscription, but I have no intention to try this year.

A good choice of Stockbroker.
Having been with Hargreaves Lansdown Stockbrokers for many years and being perfectly happy with their conditions I recently moved to Freetrade as Hargreaves increased their fees to in my opinion and many others an unreasonable and excessive amount.
I found the transferring process very simple , Freetrade were very helpful in all aspects of that procedure. Their Portal is easy to negotiate and any questions are answered without delay. I have bought and sold shares since my transition , all being straightforward in process.
I would certainly recommend Freetrade and am very happy with my choice of platform

Good user interface poor customer service…
Good user interface but unfortunately the customer support is really poor. I've not been able to find a number to call and any email messages on the chat take a a few days to answer and they don't really answer the question you asking.

Poor data for everything and
Poor data for everything, specially the price targets and earn estimates.
I will be pulling all my investments out.
Also my wife has trouble every time she deposits money and we are fed up with the same story over and over again .
