The cafe staff member at till today ( c 3pm ) was rude —snatched bill from me without a word and took Payment whilst talking to her friend , no eye contact or ‘Thankyou ‘ . The customer experience & training needs massive improvement otherwise I /others will not return . This is not the first time !!!

Wonderful shopping experience!
Had our gorgeous garden furniture delivered this morning by Luke and Matt, really nice guys who were friendly and helpful. The lady who dealt with us in store and the lady who arranged our delivery were equally as nice. They even held the furniture for us for several weeks. Lovely shop at Willington and professional staff who can’t do enough, the restaurant is lovely too. A great experience with lots of good old fashioned customer service 5* Thank you very much indeed. 😊

Garden Furniture department were very helpful and friendly. The delivery booking service was very efficient too. The two delivery men Luke & Matt were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

A great experience from start to finish
A great experience from the lovely lass who dealt swiftly with the purchase of our lovely bench, to Head Office contacting me to agree delivery details & finally to the 2 great cheerful delivery gentleman Luke & Matt who were chirpy & efficient. All in all, brilliant service! We will be back!

Patio furniture and Weber bbq
In store Alan in the furniture department was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our outdoor table/chair and Weber BBQ enquiries. So good we purchased immediately.
Expecting a 6 week delivery we would delighted that all items arrived in 12 days and the delivery gents were both courteous and respectful our our new furniture and homes. Excellent service.

Having been overcharged for a number of…
Having been overcharged for a number of plants I purchased, I contacted customer services to request a refund. Advised I would need to take the plants back (50 mile round trip) to be given a refund! No response to my email to my question as to whether Frosts were prepared to cover the cost of my fuel for their mistake! I had provided a copy of my receipt and pictures of the plants and price tags on the plants…..radio silence!

Extremely Helpful Staff Assistance
My wife and I were looking to buy a particular piece of garden furniture that had been advertised in a Frosts catalogue at a significant price reduction, and visited first the Frosts at Woburn Sands. Sad to say, we wern't too impressed with what there was to look at, (once we managed to locate the garden furniture), nor at the limited staff assistance, so we went over to Frosts at Willington. What a difference! Easy to find the garden furniture, and when we couldn't find quite what we were looking for, a member of staff, Tom, who was assembling furniture with a colleague, immediately stopped what he was doing and the 2 of them went off to bring exactly what we wanted on a large trolley. Even more than that, they took it round to the checkout, and as we had more shopping to do, Tom told us to ask for him when we were ready to go, and he would come to help load the furniture into the car. Outstanding service from very helpful staff. Thank you Tom, and your colleague (sorry that this review is over a month late, but the furniture is assembled, & awaiting some decent weather to sit on it).
