The customer service is brilliant

We weren’t receiving great fruit and comms weren’t the best, but I believe it’s important to recognise great customer service when it’s delivered.
Gareth Davies and Chloe Storey completely changed my experience. They both took the time to listen, responded promptly, and worked together to resolve the issues professionally and efficiently. Their proactive approach, clear communication, and genuine willingness to help restored my confidence and made a real difference.

Without Gareth and Chloe’s kind support, I don’t think we would have continued as a customer. They turned a very negative situation into a positive one, and they are a real credit to your team. Please pass on my thanks and recognition for the excellent service they provided.

Javid has been an absolute super star since he took over looking after ourselves, he makes sure everything is satisfactory and if not, does he upmost to ensure things are, very happy and grateful to Javid for his help.

Resolved with the queries on our business account with Fruidel. Completely satisfied with the customer service from Chloe.

Our milk went missing although it the rest was delivered so Javid kindly organised to send the missing milk back.

Chloe Storey was very helpful & efficient in addressing all the issues in the process of setting up the vendor & invoice processing.

I have always found it difficult finding corporate catering partners that actually place customer service first, but I can confidently say that isn't the case with Fruidel. From the initial call every detail has been picked up on across brand options, order qtys and delivery special requirements, with such a welcoming and kind team behind it. Especially thanks to Javed, Ben and Patrick! Makes one part of the catering ops so much simpler.

Javid at Fruidel has provided excellent customer service since we switched to them a couple of weeks ago. The transition has been smooth, and he has been helpful and responsive throughout.

We've also noticed that the quality of the fruit is noticeably better than that of our previous supplier, and it's been very well received by everyone in the office. We're really pleased with the switch and look forward to continuing to work with Fruidel.

We have using Fruidel for 3 weeks now and I have been very happy with the service. Fruit is beautifully presented in a basket, fresh and a good assortment of different items. Milk is always fresh and long BBE dates and the best bit, it all gets put away in my kitchen when it arrives!

When reviewing costs Gareth was extremely helpful in keeping costs down while also being flexible with orders and was quick to respond- great service all round.
