shocking company and poor business practices. increase prices without telling you. say that they send correspondence but provide no evidence of this. their own terms state they will inform you of price increases! same with additional fees like delivery fees and admin fees- just add them on without prior notice.

Chloe at Fruidel has been a pleasure to deal with since moving to Fruidel to get our milk and fruit deliveries. A must better quality of product and pleasant staff from our previous company.

Unfortunately Fruidel didn't suit our business needs in the end. The new business team could have provided clearer information on joining, there probably needs to be better communication and organisation between departments, however Gareth Davies in particular was very helpful, responsive and gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to try and make it work for us which was appreciated.

The fruit is decent and the deliveries are reliable, but the business practices and customer service are absolutely dire.

When we signed up a few months ago, our quote explicitly stated there was no delivery charge. Suddenly, a delivery fee was added to our invoice—and it appears to have been backdated. We queried this via their invoicing system but have yet to receive a single response.

Because of this, we requested a cancellation. Their terms state this must be done in writing or via their app. However, the app doesn't work (or simply doesn't allow you to cancel), and despite emailing our request three weeks ago, we are just being given the run-around. We keep getting hit with excuses like, "We tried to contact you to talk about this," or "The person responsible isn't in the office, we will ask them to contact you when they return."

It is completely unacceptable to drag out a cancellation request with stalling tactics like this. Avoid.

We've had a fantastic experience with Fruidel. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful. My Account Manager Javid, always replies to any questions I have, he is very supportive. The delivery is always prompt and reliable. The whole process is completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Don't listen customer, don't read emails properly, left customer without delivery for whole week and don't try to sort out own mistakes.
