Cancelling with this company is…
Cancelling with this company is unnecessarily difficult. Despite sending multiple emails to confirm our cancellation, we were told by Daniel that we must also schedule a call just to process it.
We had originally planned to return once the items we wanted were back in stock, but after experiencing such a drawn-out, sales-driven cancellation process, we won’t be coming back.

We’re really sorry your cancellation felt harder than it should have. We did receive and acknowledge your request by email, and Daniel’s follow-up call was only intended to open up a conversation on how we might improve our service — never to delay or complicate the process. We appreciate that this may not have come across as intended, and we apologise if it added to the frustration.
To clarify, a phone call isn’t required to cancel with us. While we sometimes offer a call to better understand the reasons behind cancellations and see where we can improve, we completely understand that many customers prefer to keep things simple over email. We’re reviewing our process to make sure cancellations are always clear and straightforward.

On one occasion he managed to update my order when my deadline to provide changes was already over - and that was extremely helpful, as he helped to ensure that we get our delivery on time. Reliable, Fresh, and Friendly Office Deliveries
We’ve been using Fruidel to deliver fruit and milk to our office, and we couldn’t be happier. The fruit is always fresh and beautifully presented in a wicker hamper. Deliveries are consistently on time, which makes planning our office snacks completely hassle-free.
Their customer service is outstanding- nothing is ever too much trouble for our Client Success Manager, Daniel Edleston. He is always on hand to answer any queries, and we had one small issue (with one of their suppliers, not Fruidel themselves) that was resolved quickly with an impressively fast response. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.
Beyond reliability and freshness, we appreciate the little touches, like friendly communication and flexibility when we’ve needed to adjust our order. It’s rare to find a service that consistently goes above and beyond, and Fruidel does exactly that. Highly recommended for any office looking for top-quality, convenient deliveries!

Fruidel team especially Daniel is quick to respond back to issues/queries.
There was an issue with delivery times being too late however, this was resolved quickly, and the milk is now arriving on time. I would recommend this delivery service.

Luke is really attentive, called a few times to ensure our order was put through correctly and and after our first order was delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. Even when a very minor issue was raised, he made sure to get it sorted and speak to the correct parties to ensure our order was changed to our preferences.
