Vintage Charm
I recently purchased two watches from Furlan Marri; the Castagna Mechaquartz & Blue Sector Cornes de Vache. I’ve been genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The craftsmanship feels top notch, especially at this price point. The dial designs are intricate and beautifully detailed, with excellent color contrast that really gives the watches character and depth.
The hour and minute hands are very nicely finished and add to the overall refined look of the watches. I also love the vintage-inspired vibe, particularly the chronograph pushers which give off a classic stopwatch feel that collectors will appreciate.
Another thing that stood out to me was the inclusion of two straps with the watches, which adds versatility and value right out of the box. Even the packaging deserves recognition — the presentation box feels premium, elegant, and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, Furlan Marri delivers an outstanding combination of vintage charm, quality craftsmanship, and great presentation. These watches exceeded my expectations and have quickly become favorites in my collection.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent purchase experience.
At the time of ordering, it appeared that the shipment would be handled within Europe, so I arranged delivery to the UK accordingly. However, I later discovered that the watch was actually shipped from China, which resulted in unexpected forwarding and customs costs.
In total, I paid approximately 1100 SAR in additional shipping and customs fees just to receive the item in Saudi Arabia. This was never clearly communicated beforehand.
While I understand that logistics can vary, transparency is essential—especially for an international brand. Had I known the item would ship from China, I would have made a different decision.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve clarity around your shipping origins and costs for future customers.

We would however like to clarify that it is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions that our mechaquartz watches are shipped from our logistics center in Hong Kong. This setup allows us to offer our customers very competitive pricing while maintaining the level of quality and service expected from Furlan Marri.
At the time of your order, deliveries to the Middle East were temporarily unavailable due to the geopolitical situation in the region. You therefore chose to have the watch delivered to another country before forwarding it to Saudi Arabia. As a result, the customs duties and import charges applied were those of the country of delivery and subsequent forwarding process. Unfortunately, customs fees are determined individually by each country and remain entirely outside of our control.
We nevertheless fully understand your frustration and truly appreciate your feedback regarding communication and transparency, as it helps us continue improving the customer experience.
We sincerely hope that despite this situation, you will enjoy your watch for many years to come, and we thank you again for your trust and support.

Just to clarify, the sub-dial positioned at 3 o’clock on the dial is not a chronograph minute counter. It is actually a 24-hour indicator, designed to show whether it is AM or PM (for example, 8:00 in the morning versus 20:00 in the evening).
This means it is an hourly indication function and is not part of the chronograph timing/reset system, which is why it does not reset like the chronograph counters.

Awe provoking
The watch itself. Beautiful product. But the custom forms that I had to fill once the piece arrived in USA and FedEx won't deliver. These forms should have been filled by the manufacturer as it was all technical details about the product.

The watches are made in China and shipped from Honk Kong. After long delays. Customer service respond fast by email but still issues with shipping not yet solved !! Quality of watch just about average like any Seiko. Design is beautiful, band narrow and not much options

To clarify, we are a brand based in Geneva, Switzerland, and we offer several collections, including Swiss-made mechanical watches. Depending on the model, our logistics may operate from either Switzerland or Hong Kong. For our Mechaquartz collection, including the model you ordered, the watches are assembled in Hong Kong and shipped from there. This allows us to use the Seiko VK64 hybrid movement while maintaining fair pricing. We strive to be fully transparent about this, and this information is detailed on our product pages, FAQ, and Terms of Service.

Great product, but unexpected customs fees
The product and its packaging are excellent.
However, I have a concern regarding shipping. The website mentions that the payment includes shipping fees, but I ended up paying more than 500 SAR in customs fees, which I was not aware of.
Overall, I really like the product and would recommend it to others. Most likely, this won’t be my last purchase from Furlan Marri. ♥️🙏
