Today I had my new electric car charger fitted by Fusion Gas & Electric engineer ‘Scott Menzies’. It wasn’t the easiest of installations due to the complexity of the layout at our home. Scott made no fuss. He started just after 8am - didn’t stop for lunch, he worked on until it was finished. Neat, tidy & professional- Fusion should be delighted with such a great ambassador for their business.

Timely, polite and helpful. Great service received.

Appointment was an afternoon slot (1-5pm). Adam arrived just before 6pm (delayed at a previous job) but had warned me in advance. Charger was mounted exactly where I wanted. Everything was carried out quickly, efficiently and tidily. Once everything was installed, Adam made sure to show me how to use the charger. Top job.

Brilliant turnaround from Adam, he knew exactly what to do after about 5 seconds. Good to have an expert taking care of the situation. Always kept me updated and has completed a very neat and tidy professional job.

Excellent experience recently with an installation very friendly couple who did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend.

By now they’ve cancelled the appointment 3 times, once for losing the key to the van😂🤣 not even 24hours before all cancelled on the day!

Shocking company to deal with. They booked in our car charger to be fitted on the 11th July, this was cancelled due to an engineers vehicle breaking down. They rescheduled for the 21st July, I received an email cancelling because of staff sickness, only after I chased asking where the engineer was. They then rescheduled again for today the 29th. I requested to be the first on the list to have theirs fitted as it’s the summer holidays and we have our children home. No engineer showed by 10:15am, I put a call into Customer Services to find out where the engineer was, the lady couldn’t get hold of them. Again I called at 11:45am asking where the engineer was as there had been no communication from them. They tried calling again. No answer. At this point I was fed up. I asked customer service to try again only to be told ‘It’s not my job to keep calling the engineer, i’m busy doing other things’. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I complained to the dealership supplying our new car who escalated our complaint to Ohme who have sourced another company to fit the charger for us. Avoid this company!!

Ohme charger installed 6 weeks ago and still doesn’t work along side my solar and battery set up. Still waiting for someone to call me back. EV engineer called and told me it’s not possible to have the charger set up so it doesn’t discharge the battery without overriding the charge and discharge cycle (extensive research and experience suggests otherwise). I would avoid using fusion if you have a battery and solar.
