Great service
Used this service twice and was great both times. Hassle free, great customer service and phlebotomist not intrusive at all when he came to collect the cord blood / tissue at the birth.

We are no so happy with the…
We are no so happy with the communication that was provided from start to end. On the phone people gave us different communication and was not provided same when asked them on mail. Apart from that we are happy with the prompt blood test and the process of tooth pickup and transportation.

A good service in all aspects
A good service in all aspects. The phlebotomist was friendly, punctual and discrete, and the sample pick-up was well organised. Their customer services were also helpful and responsive.

Excellent service from all staff…
Excellent service from all staff members before and after the process. I was able to get in touch for any questions I had prior to going ahead. Staff was very informative and quick to respond. The process of collection was very straight forward too as I didn't need to worry about it at all. I had an elective C-section and the lady who collected the stem cell was with me throughout the process.
It didn’t feel like it was one extra thing to worry about, everything was taken good care of by them. My husband was easily able to make arrangements for collection without me even realising it was all done. The service after was also amazing as I was regularly being updated via phone calls at each stage ie, we have received it, it has successfully been stored etc.
Very pleased overall and will deffo go ahead for any other children we have!
