I didn't use them until now but my review is based on the team which was really helpful.

We’ve used future health bio bank twice now to collect the collect cord blood for our two children. They have been great, really prompt, professional and keep you fully informed. Its reasonably priced against other services as well. Cord blood collection isn’t cheap but it does give you some peace of mind for the future. You should also prepare to pay the storage costs each year.

Very efficient even under testing circumstances

We used Future Health to harvest and store stem cells from our daughter's milk tooth. The process was well guided and very simple, with good communications throughout and very prompt delivery and collection of the kit and tooth. Tooth collection is organised very swiftly, seven days a week, and really minimises the time from tooth shedding to cell processing. They also organised a phlebotomist home visit for the bloods (tested to ensure a virus free culture), and blood collection proved to be easy and painless thanks to the professionalism of the phlebotomist. You do need to have a tube of Emla cream, and to apply the cream as directed about 20 minutes prior to the visit, but this is all explained. We needed two attempts to obtain a stem cell culture, and the second time around we engaged our dentist to take out the lose tooth just before it fell out naturally. This gave us the best chance of obtaining cells. If you are considering stem cell storage, I would advise initiating this process as early as possible, as the more milk teeth your child has left the more chances you will have - although I understand that very rarely are more than two attempts required. Using your dentist also simplifies things, as you otherwise never know when the tooth will need collecting... you could be anywhere!
Overall, I consider that Future Health were very professional. I consider this as a sort of insurance for the future of my daughter's health, and although this is hard to predict, a certainty is that stem cells will prove to be of enormous benefit to her generation in general. Consequently I want her to reap that benefit if the need ever arises.

Great service so far, But it was a bit worring when during labour my husband called our main plebothomist but he could not find him on the phone provided. Thank God we had back up plebothomist who contacted him.
Anyway, he came on time.
