An excellent experience from start to finish. The hot tub sale was overseen by Milda, who was very attentive and was able to answer all of my questions, and sent further details about installation of a base for the hot tub over WhatsApp which was very useful. The delivery was on a date of my choosing. The guy who delivered it was polite - and worked really hard to deliver, position and set it up for us. It proved to be a difficult job due to access restrictions (I had to remove a fence panel and the hot tub needed to be squeezed past the shed). However, he solved the issues and got the tub positioned in the right spot without too much fuss.

As for the hot tub itself, we are really impressed with its quality and looks. The grey interior looks good and I’d really recommend the air jets. It takes about 2.5 hours to heat up at this time of year. I’ve found that you have to be careful to get the temperature right - as it’s easy to be enthusiastic about sticking more logs on the fire and getting the water too hot to get into. I’ve found that it’s best to reduce the number of logs and to close the air vents in the last hour, to slow down the rate at which it heats over the last hour. I’m sure it’s something that I’ll get used to though and is part of the fun of a wood fired hot tub.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. All my queries were answered promptly, delivery was sooner than expected, so we didn’t have to wait very long for the tub. We absolutely love the hot tub. It’s like being on holiday in your own garden. So relaxing.

Well done Gardenvity! Our wood fired Hot Tub arrived exactly on time, delivered by a really helpful and friendly driver. The Tub was very well packed and protected and was really easy to install. It's super quick to fill using the 1" BSP fitting. We're totally amazed by this wonderful bit of kit! It heats the water really quickly - so much quicker than we thought. The air jets are well placed in the tub and produce a great stream of massaging bubbles. The liner is very comfortable. So far can't fault anything! A great buy! Thank you

The tub looks amazing well designed and the wood cladding fits well in our countryside site.
Some adjustments needed for chimney fit which were picked up on and solved.

The hot tub arrived earlier than 3weeks. I ordered on the 23rd Sept and it arrived on the 30th Sept. Delivery men, were very pleasant and very careful.
They put the hot tub right where I wanted it to go.
The only thing needed doing , unwrapping, putting the chimney up and to put the heater door on.You NEED gloves and 2 people to do the chimney, . That was the a bit difficult, trying to force the pieces into each other. Maybe if I had contacted Daina,😄 she Would have an easier way of doing it. My hot tub has a filter, lights and air blowers, so I needed an electrician to put a power point near by.
The hot tub was very well packed, so well cushioned it couldn’t get damaged on the way.All the parts were there, Efficient people, attention to detail. Eager to help with anything you need to know.
If you are looking for a wood fired hot tub, this one is attractive unlike some that I have seen pictures of.

Excellent service and delivery. We ordered standard stairs and changed to curved ones. We were sent a link to pay the additional and were assisted all the way. The hot tub is beautiful and the movers were very professional and did a great job putting it in the right place. The chimney wasnt the easiest to put together as the parts didnt really fit together with ease but we got there in the end.
