Hosai handled the purchase of a property on me behalf, The service was exceptional from start to finish. I could always reach her and she constantly kept me updated throughout the process. There was never a time when I wasn't able to contact her and every query I had was responded to that same day. My purchase was handled by Amy really professionally and quickly. There were issues with the vendors solicitor and a separate garage that Amy went out of her way to resolve. The only issue I had was with the update system on the app which didn't seem to work so I had to ask for updates directly, but that was nothing to do with Amy

Abdul Iqbal and Jieyi Xie were my case handlers as I both sold and bought through GD. Both were efficient and helpful, keeping me updated and Abdul handled an extremely stressful delayed completion day admirably - he was very professional and kind when I was distressed by it and explained what my options were. The delayed completion was not the fault of GD.

Smooth process, good communication and appeared to be responsive. Saydul worked on my property sale and was very good. The downside is that the price charged was considerably more thn the estimated quote provided.
