I share the view of the last person who said 'shame I couldn't give no stars'. Do not be fooled by the photos of this company and their 'modern', 'flash' offices. It's all a sham because no one works in the office. One virtual receptionist will tell you that a person called Emily (probably changed her name by now) works from home. This could partly explain why even after 6 months, we had moved no further on the conveyancing of our flat. The company needs to be investigated.

The app they use is great. The whole process was stressful but with continous communication and updates with abdul it was helpful.

After being recommended to us - From start to finish GD Property solicitors were outstanding. Our case handler was Abdul Iqbal and the service he provided was exceptional. We had a very tight deadline and had made this clear from the outset - Abdul was on hand throughout and very responsive to phone call and emails and this responsiveness was key in getting our transaction over the line. We were well on target and doubt that this would have been achieved with other law firms. Thank you for all what you have done. I would be using them again in the future.

Shame I couldnt give 0 stars Cannot recommend this solicitors enough. Poor communication throughout resulting in delayed completion as they didnt check that everyone in the chain was working to the same date so we incurred a months delay and removal fees. They had the audacity to charge us £100 for late completion. The solicitor allocated to us was "let go" on the day we were due to exchange, apparently mutually agreed!

Abdul Iqbal was my case handler.
He made the conveyancing process as painless & pleasant as possible.
He was always on hand via phone/email throughout if required, or if any clarification sought. Very patient individual, with nothing seeming too much trouble.
Would highly recommend GD & would definitely use again for any future conveyance work.

Amy was great and our sale went through without issue. A little disconcerting at the start when our original case handler was replaced, but Amy was excellent. Timely responses to emails and regular contact throughout. There were times when we needed immediate response to queries and we tried phoning the direct number provided but got no response - this would be my only criticism - but always responded to emails.

Amy was our solicitor throughout the process, she was really helpful and on the ball with things. The process ran smoothly of our purchase and when the end of the chain were delaying things, she was constantly pushing for updates. From the moment we received the quote we thought GD Solicitors were really helpful. As first time buyers it was great so have the whole process explained to us and they answered any questions we had. We will definitely be using the same solicitor if we move again.

Abdul Iqbal was excellent throughout. He responded quickly and professionally to everything, helped us to chase when our buyer's solicitor was not responding and kept us up to date and informed on all developments. When Abdul was on holiday for a few days during the process he handed over to Myisha Winnard who was able to pick up the case and run with it without any delay.

My purchase and sale were made as smooth and as quick as possible with Abdul. Always replied to my queries and kept me up to date. Great service!
Even with the expected hiccup on completion date I always felt GD were in control.

Amy Konig has been incredible!
I am a first time buyer and in our process of finding our home we have been sold STC with two properties. Even though the first one didn’t go ahead (due to too much work required on the property) I remained with Amy throughout the first and second house.
Amy has been so understanding and I believe she really cared about my thoughts and feelings.
I could always get in contact with Amy and emails would be answered with a quick response.
