No Promotions & They Expect Customers 😂
What a bunch of clowns.
Zilch customer service - no live chat and you’re lucky if you get a response via email within 24 hours.
I lost so much in one of their abysmal slots and plenty on racing too but that’s not the issue - it’s the lack of value.
Found a technical glitch yesterday, not even a thank you for it despite the fact it cost me a fortune.
They wanted to pay 3 places on a 24 runner handicap until I pointed out that it’s minimum 4 for over 16 runners in a handicap. They then claimed they were paying 6 places but I only saw 4, then 5.
They claim they don’t award bonuses on request and they ‘have promotions from time to time’!
When it comes to verification, they want photos of the front name back of your card with nothing covered up!
A disgraceful, completely uncompetitive site, useless staff and generally clueless. They’ll never survive and that’s a huge relief.
I told them to either reward my account fairly or close it. They chose to close it. Good riddance. There is absolutely nothing this company can offer. No more than the odd extra place, no loyalty programme…
I have records of all correspondence. DO NOT bet with these greedy pigs and hopefully they’ll be out of business in no time.

We’ll be taking your feedback on board however, we feel it necessary to clear up your verification procedure concerns as we clearly state that the middle 8 digits of 16 digit card number and CCV number should be covered.
We’ve also been looking into the response times and although the first couple of responses were both answered in around ten minutes, we appreciate that the communications over night were slower than we’d like. This is an area we are now building on with an increased number of staff working at these times.
In terms of promotions, here at gentleman Jim, competitive prices and a healthy risk appetite are prioritized over free bets. We did however, fall short on service in your case when a technical glitch affected the number of places advertised on a race was incorrect. This has resulted in an internal investigation with our third-party odds integrator.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this and we really do wish you luck going forward.

Email saying they need to be checked it’s all lies they just steal peoples money, as I can see they’ve done this time and time again, I’ll expose these people they need shutting down asap

Not able to withdraw, no response to emails
I had created an account and it let me deposit immediately but since my stake size was limited< i was unable to utilise the account much. When I wanted to withdraw my deposit, my account was suspended and then I was asked to send documents. I have sent all documents requested but since then absolutely NO NEWS at all from them. How can such bookies be trusted?!!! Awful experience so far, wish if I could give 0 star!

Let's all be honest all the reviews about the " scam " casino etc are just a load of nonsense - as a " seasoned gambler " I know that of course you will always lose over time and anybody not understanding this is frankly delusional !!!
I deposited a £ 500 Sports bet which won and I then played on the casino and again won - after losing a lot back I withdrew £4000.00
I was then asked for a number of documents which I have now sent and was told they take " 24hours " to review - not quite sure why it would take this time as surely only 2 mins to look at a document ??
The good online sportsbooks / casino's pay quickly and I will update my experience with GentlmanJim.
As a bookmaker the range of bets/platform etc is excellent but the lack of live chat/telephone support is strange ??
Will update when I get paid.
As an update - sent my docs and the withdrawal now processed.
Of course, you always want your money quicker but clearly, this bookmaker is fair and will process any winnings.

This "Casino" Needs investigating and looking into.. £450 deposited and on no more then £1 spins quite literally not a single bonus just drops the 2 never the third.. The RTP doesn't exist.. and when it does it's 40 to 50p max.. Frauds scammers and day light robbers. Not a standout site imo
The site is reasonably nice looking and simple to use which is always good. The lack of promotions is very poor, 0 sign up bonus or free bets. I deposited £112 in 2 days on this site as a new customer, which btw I was comfortable with. Lack of different markets within the horse racing section is of putting and no extra place race betting, unless obviously 16 runner handicaps. I can't see Gentlemanjimbet ever being competitive with any of the big names bookmakers or even some of the smaller online sites. I advise to look elsewhere 👍
