Worst casino I’ve ever played.
Deposited a lot of money and won little all games are rigged. Then they want to look at my bank account which I said no after proofing my funds and income. Then all of a sudden my account got suspended with no warning. I’ve tried to contact gentlemanjim via email multiple times as there is no other way to contact. Keeps saying my email cannot be sent to this address. They are clearly scammers. Worst casino I’ve ever been on and absolutely no help or live chats. Don’t join with them. Avoid at all costs.

We’d like to apologise for the confusion regarding contacting us sounds like a potential technical issue from your end, regarding the documentation request there are regulatory requirements and procedures that need to be followed in line to depositing and gameplay.
As for your claim of being scammed would you be kind enough to elaborate?

Please do not bet with this company! We all accept when we place bets you win some you lose some that’s the nature of the game, even if you win/lose after the bet is accepted. This company took £137 out my account (without warning) because my bet was 4 seconds after the result was known. I can assure you it was much before that! I would be interested to know how many losing bets get voided for the same reason……. Utterly useless

No cash out
Just had two games in-play and one result came in my favour. The other was still playing early'ish in the 2nd half when my other team went 1-0 up but Gentleman Jim didn't offer any cash out whatsoever throughout the rest of the game. Needless to say my other team ended up drawing the game and lost the bet. Not the first time this happened either.

Hi Steve, we're sorry our cashout didn't meet your expectations. The cash out option is not always available for a number of reasons.
A match maybe suspended and the cash out option should become available when prices are back.
This could also happen when your multiple includes a selection on a match which we did not offer in play therefore a cash out option would not be offered.
Gentleman Jim cannot guarantee when it will be able to offer the cash out option, however we understand it's a key part of the modern betting player experience. As such as we are working to improve our cash out product.
