good site but payment takes to long some times its in quick some times takes forever so if your looking for a quick pay out it mite happen it mite not and could do with more games ....... update after putting this on half hour later thay suspended my account

I have used most sites and have not taken the time to leave reviews. Of all the online sites this one has made me feel the most uncomfortable , do yourself a favour and try any other site but not this one. Please do not be fooled by the name. Customer service will give you an instant response to help deposit / relieve you of your money. No replies for service failures , please avoid!

Gentleman Jim have now refused o refund me my £973.00 for 2 weeks now I believe they are going to scam me and keep lieing saying its going to be 48 hours and then go on and on...

I would usually never leave a review, however I’m so passionate about this one. How is this company able to operate??? Absolutely disgusting, no communication, no understanding or empathy to genuine queries. 10 emails with no response, quite apauling. They don’t offer bonus’/ promotions etc due to giving a premium service!! What premium service??!!! A premium service where you don’t respond to customers. Absolutely shocking behaviour!

Played last night and managed to withdraw £2450 it’s pending I’ve sent my documents will keep posted how long it takes to go in my account hopefully soon

Played last night for 1st time. Won £100 it was in bank 3 hours later. Games are not what I usually like,could do with adding some more faves.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. These guys are crooks. They do not adhere to GamStop.

They lie and are extremely rude. Customer service is awful. Tread with extreme caution.

The app itself is good, easy to navigate and has lots of selection however at the time of writing this review the customer service is poor, I have requested a withdrawal and have been emailed and asked to produce ID, bank statements all the usual stuff, I don't mind providing this information however I do mind that I have yet to hear a response, the only way to contact this company is through e-mail but they don't seem to monitor them . Will update if I get a response or paid out.

UPDATE : received news that my account is fully verified however my withdrawal is still pending 36 hours after requesting.

Joined today and closed in 15 mins tried to deposit three times and it just spins and goes blank then nothing. Absolute waste of time and said what had happened and closed my account. The customer service was as bad and they were not even bothered in trying to rectify it . AVOID AVOID AVOID

These guys are shocking don't join rigged rtp and you can see how bad the spins are just join a more reputable company these are dirt.
