not really zero waste because return of empties is not working

a little expensive, but i was willing to pay more in order to reduce waste.

now, all this extra investment is for nothing because i am moving away and am left with 30+ empty containers that dizzie won't take back. normally i order a large box of new shopping and return the empties in this, but as i am moving and cannot make another order, dizzie are refusing to send a box to take the containers back and are not very helpful overall.
i guess all the containers will end up in the recycling bin now, so i could have saved the extra money and effort by buying normal groceries in the first place, and produced less waste since these would be in plastic bags, not solid containers.

EDIT: after about 3 weeks (and after some containers already ended up in the bin), I finally received a friendlier answer and a box to return the remaining empties

I shop from Dizzie each month

I shop from Dizzie each month, ordering all my organic dry and tinned goods. I love that everything is sent in reusable containers that are decanted into my own glass jars and then returned along with the delivery box to be reused for other deliveries, thus reducing my own and the store’s carbon footprint.

Dizzie is so easy to use

Dizzie is so easy to use, flexible and reliable too. For us, it is the best option for shopping organic, high quality, zero waste, and it's a smaller business too.

We joined GoodClub (Dizzie's old name) in 2020 during the pandemic and I honestly love it more and more the more I use it. They really listen to feedback. I have seen the range grow and become more ethical overtime, which is very reassuring, as shopping used to be such a challenge trying to figure out if products were good for people and planet. I don't worry about that as much any more and I'm so grateful that there is a service that allows me to shop ethically and that is so convenient as well <3

Impressed with the changes!

I’ve been ordering from GoodClub/Dizzie for a long time now and was skeptical about the changes they have made. But I must say how pleasantly surprised I am! I love the new reusable delivery bags instead of boxes, and the containers. Keeping until next order is a great idea to reduce mileage and transport, and the new containers can easily fit into the bags and be put out of the way for a month. Will be continuing to order my plastic-free items! Love it!

New delivery is proving tricky in terms of logistics due to the nature of our flat and entry to the building but Dizzie and Packfleet have been very helpful in helping to resolve.

Sadly a product was broken

Sadly a product was broken. No response from my complaint of that yet
The boxes sat there for a few days. They used to be collected the same day. With limited space this made it difficult.
Products however are of very good quality and the containers look more robust and environmentally friendly.

Very Happy with them.

Its easy and convenient plastic-free shopping delivered to your door. I have been using Dizzie for a while and am happy with them! We can not have crisps guilt free :)

Lack of stock

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. One item not delivered as out of stock and unfortunately unable to order some other items as they too were out of stock.

Dizzie keeps me organised

Dizzie has made my busy life so much easier. Every month I receive an email with my favourites & after browsing the site I complete the order. No more running out of anything with Dizzie to keep me organised as well as keeping my carbon footprint low.

First Class.

I find Dizzie an amazing company. Excellent website which is easy to use with lots of products. It is really great that they care about the environment and the causes of climate change and are actively dong something about it. Highly recommended company.

What's to Love about Dizzie!

The concept is easy and the prices are very good: order online, get your delivery, pop the empty pots back in the box for collection and reuse.

Dizzie offers a wide range of the kinds of foods I love but which are hard to get hold of living where we do, without travelling miles

I did have problems with their delivery company of choice (DPD) but Dizzie have been amazingly helpful getting the issues sorted when DPD seemed incapable of finding our house even using what3words!

Definitely worth 5 stars

Disappointing Customer Service

It's a shame Dizzie no longer do tins. Also missed out on the free jars offer. Ordered some stuff and also added to the order but on both occasions couldn't see where to enter promo code. Spoke to customer services who said it was too late to do anything about it as packing had started. The person stated I could order again but needed to to do so before 31st October. Because I live on my own I did not need more stuff but did look to see if I could order anything, but if I had I would have been charged £5.99 as it was so close to the last order. Collection of the boxes is poor - not that that is a real problem for me
