My order was never received and when I wrote multiple times I was told it was my responsibility to follow up with the shipper who I did not use.

Would give zero stars if I could. Never received the goods as address was wrong. Royal mail confirmed returned to sender. Numerous emails asking for confirmation they had received the goods back, all I get is emails saying they have redelivered to a non existent postal address. Do not use this site.

Not genuine. Very poor quality! Avoid.

The products were knock offs fraudulent. No answer to my emails requesting return of product. Has not supplied address for refund yet on their web site they say happy to refund before 30 days. I am well within their time frame. Do not buy off of this site. They are missing in action after you purchase.

GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible experience with this seller, I would avoid and go to a genuine and trustworthy seller. Over 20 emails from me so far, 4 copy and pasted ‘your item has been delivered’ emails from them. Item was supposedly delivered and left by a well used footpath, not in our enclosed, secure courtyard, the specified safe place and not there upon our return home. They are disrespectful and unhelpful and are now ignoring my emails, so I will be raising a dispute with my bank. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company, overall a very unpleasant experience and I haven’t received the items I paid for.

Item arrived with a ripped jellycat bag. Contacted customer services who were very helpful and promised to replace the item. Never received and no further answer to any emails. Avoid

The product arrived fast, lovely packed, tracking was available all the time. Also got a little gift which was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend
