Our main issue here is after moving in two and a half years ago and the build finishing twelve months ago we still have no Tarmac on the streets or pavements, play area is still to be grasssed over this is still like a building site. We only got street lighting six months ago had two winters without any. Leeds city council will not adopt the site due to bad construction and Gleesons who have had are money and buggered off don’t seem to want to do the remedial work for Leeds to take it over. Overall this has ruined the whole experience of buying a new home. As it is we are in limbo with no communication from Gleesons or Leeds letting us know what is going on.

We purchased our first home with Gleeson at Firbeck Fields and loved both the property and the site so much that when it came time for us to upsize, we decided to stay on the same development and move into another Gleeson home.

A big thank you to Sue, who initially started the process for us and helped get everything underway. She was really helpful in the early stages and made us feel confident about the move.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Shelly Wall, our sales advisor, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the rest of the journey. She has always been incredibly helpful, supportive and knowledgeable, and has really gone above and beyond to help make our dream home happen. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble and she’s made the whole process feel far less stressful.

This time we used Gleeson’s new part exchange scheme, which has made everything so straightforward and hassle-free for us. It has taken away so much of the usual stress that comes with moving home and has made the process really smooth.

We are yet to move into our new home but are hoping to be in by the end of this month, and we’re really looking forward to starting our next chapter at Firbeck Fields. Thank you again to the team for all the support along the way!

We visited Gleeson on Sunday afternoon to view one of the houses, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dani. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her. She was completely amazing at her job from start to finish.

Dani took the time to talk us through everything in detail, making sure we understood each part of the process. She explained everything so clearly and concisely, and no question felt too small. We never felt rushed, and she made what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience feel straightforward and manageable.

On top of being incredibly professional and knowledgeable, Dani is just a genuinely lovely person. She made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we walked in.

It has been a great experience all the way, from purchasing with Allison's help, Dani doing the house walk while handing over the keys, and Allan and Gavin sorting out small snags around the house, with the help of their team on site.
The house is of great quality, way better than previous new houses I had. After moving in, and sorting out flooring and decoration, it really is spotless.

From walking into the office to enquire about mine and my partners first house together Dani was amazing! She’s so bubbly and friendly but also very professional at her job, she made us feel very welcome and has being so helpful with everything as we didn’t have a clue, she let us look round the show homes and made sure any questions were answered, can’t wait to finalise everything with dani! She’s a credit to gleesons!

We had a very smooth experience buying our new home at Bracken Park. Stella was lovely and helped us to understand the process and was very patient with our inexperience! So far we are loving our home and the very few snags we’ve spotted have been dealt with efficiently by Rick and the team.

Angie did a fantastic job with our home demonstration. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while walking us through every feature of our new home. She explained everything clearly, from basic maintenance tips to the more detailed systems, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. I too would recommend her!

Tees Valley Tyne and Wear customer service is so bad. Ive been chasing up problems I’ve had for years. To then be told the problems were never reported. I then found the email trail from my side and email responses from the company. Sent this in and shock there’s no response. I’ve rang multiple times and get no further. Who else can I complain to
Do not give a generic response saying email customer support. She’s useless and all she could say was they don’t loose emails when on a email from Gleeson they said there wasn’t any evidence. When evidence was sent in it all goes quiet

I was kept informed at every step of the process of buying my home with Gleeson. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have genuinely felt like a valued customer throughout.
Stella has answered all of my queries and made sure I was happy throughout the journey. Site manager Rick provided the home demo and has been available for any queries.
Snags are actioned straight away.
Despite practically living on the edge of the building site, the area is kept surprisingly clean as it could be.
I adore my new home and want to thank Stella, Rick and the whole team for what has so far been an exceptional service.

Liam Connolly, at the shorelands kept me fully informed from day 1 of purchase, he positively helped when I had queries or difficulties, on moving day he met with me and the building manager to inspect the properties was polite respectful and punctual.

We cannot commend Karen the Sales Advisor at Mynster View enough for the warmth professionalism sh9wn to us today. From the detailed information regarding the development the individual plots to the wider surrounding area. This combined with the apparent high build quality and the setting of the development has resulted in our reservation for a property being placed today

Stella and Angie were absolutely amazing helping my wife and I with our new home search.
