Bought this to seal the flue on our narrowboat multifuel stove. Having tried several before that cracked after first use, so far this has sealed well without signs of cracking. Very pleased!

A Pleasure to Deal With!
I ordered replacement glass for my Carron multifuel stove over Christmas. Despite a huge backlog after the holidays, Glowing Embers shipped it via express courier at no extra cost. Excellent customer service, a pleasure to deal with, and the product is top quality. Highly recommend!

We needed our replacement stove glass…
We needed our replacement stove glass in a hurry. We ticked the collect from store option but the glass was actually dispatched via a courier. After calling in, i was told tough, and we would need to wait for the item to arrive. The glass itself is great, but the customer service was very poor.

So sorry to hear that this happened and that you got the impression that we told you to put up with our mistake, this certainly shouldn't have been the response that you should have received. We have been over-run with replacement glass orders recently and occasionally our staff do get something wrong like sending out collection orders but apologies for this error and the inconvenience this caused. I am glad that when you did receive the glass that it was great and I hope that if you use us in the future you will receive our usual level of service.

Sorry to hear this, we have been over-run with replacement glass orders, so have had a slower than usual dispatch time, which we are now back on top of but sorry if your order was slower than you had hoped.
I am concerned though that you received a wrong sized piece of glass and that we feel we have made no effort to resolve this, this is no way reflects how we seek to deal with issues.
