They are scammers. Once you start making a bit of money, they begin to limit your bets so you can't win anymore. For example, before I started winning, I was able to bet $100 on a match. Afterward, it was reduced to $10 and capped at that, or $20, just to stop you from winning. That said, I did receive my winnings, but they’re still scammer

If somebody ask me should i try this casino, im kindly not reccomend to use it. First of all, from my first deposit i had problems with this casino. When i did deposit, after i needed to make verification. So many questions why they take deposit, and not let you play before verification. So many they can take, but for playing make verification 😂 Free spins what they had in they campaing for first deposit, dor me was impossivle for use. Goldenstar casino WAS a phenomenal project once. Now its not even mediocre. Cashouts are slow and support is awful. They even stole over 1000€ from me. I took one bonus which was offered me via mail. Once i completed my wagering requirement over thousand euros vanished from my account. I contacted support and he told me it was reduced because of a maxwin rule of the bonus. There is no such rule anywhere (there is 10000€ max in general but my balance went from 2700 to 1600). Then they didnt even respond to askgamblers complaint at all. I will not tolerate this and i will make sure everyone gets to hear about this crime.
There are plenty of casinos online where to choose so stay away from this one.
Edit. After three weeks (or so) golden star credited back the missing funds so its resolved and im happy. But because of the hasslr i cannot give more than 4 stars

Fazit: 5500 Euro Auszahlung beantragt, gleiche Gelaber.. somit Auszahlung Storniert auf kleinen Beträgen 1- 2 Euro viele Spiele probiert, keine Freispiele nur Leerlauf. das FPP lag gefühlt bei - 100

Great VIP program at first, but not so much anymore
When my girlfriend and I first started playing at Goldenstar we were very happy with it. We play at some of their other group casinos as well. They used to have quite a few promotions for everybody like cookie day or other holidays but now they only seem to offer the welcome bonus. My girlfriend and I play quite a lot and became part of their VIP program. It was great at first but unfortunately, the program has deteriorated. There’s barely any promotions and it’s difficult getting a hold of anyone. They are now losing two loyal players.
