Superb
Wow, 5 out of 5 for superb service. I love the tracking function. It's the best one I've encountered. Very cool that I get the name and a picture of my delivery driver AND his number?!!
Seriously, take my money!!
Jorge Gabriel Alves Pereira was charming. Even offered to put my Wickes order wherever I wanted. Really cannot fault this company. Why can't we get this level of service from other companies?
Gopher's total visibility is a winning formula. Especially in an age where most companies hide behind anonymity and AI.

Respuesta de Gophr
Hi James,
Glad the rider looked after you - sorry we let you down on the timing. A 6 hour delay is not what we're about and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
We've flagged this with the relevant account manager at Screwfix so it doesn't happen again. We're sorry it did this time.
