Great service great furniture. There are a couple of people who work there that constantly nag and follow us ( to the point when I want to leave ).

We needed a new mattress and one that we could adjust for my husband's problems because of neck surgery. The lady at Grand Home Furnishings was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress's and took a lot of time with us and did not make us feel like we had to hurry. The men who delivered it knew what they were doing and we have had some really good nights sleep since purchasing this mattress.

I visit Grand Home Furnishings for all of my furniture needs. From the moment I enter the store when I am greeted with a bottle of Coke and a friendly smile to the checkout experience, I love shopping here. My most recent purchase was a glider ottoman for my grandson's nursery. The salesman was attentive to my needs, answered my questions, and helped me special order the fabric. When it was ready for pickup, it took just a few minutes at the loading dock for workers to place it in my car. No purchase is too small: they always take good care of their customers.

I'm not even sure why I just received an invitation to review Grands when my last purchase was over 2 years ago. However the staff is friendly but everything is overpriced. Plus they mark up things big time when a sale is coming so you think you're getting a deal. Our first couch purchased here broke within a year and it took over 2 months for the insurance (you purchase from them) to come out an look at it. Then another couple weeks to decide what to do. Our mattress from here is only 2 years old too and needs to be thrown in the dump because the middle has caved in

Love the selection , the service. And you are treated wonderfully from the time you walk in door to the time you leave.
Really enjoy shopping there, whether I'm buying or browsing, always treated the same.

Our furniture sits really nice but if you stick your hand in the side to find something you usually end up with a splinter. The stuff around below the side suppose to catch stuff has ripped and everything falls down to the very bottom and gets caught:(

Please get attic airloom furniture back.

Still waiting for a part for our sectional sofa. Took a month and a half for someone to come and "add a bolt" only to find out the entire bracket is missing. Still have not heard anything from them. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. Deeply Disappointed.

Estimated timing for special order delivery for my sectional sofa was way off. Sofa wasn't delivered until 1 month after the estimated date. The sofa was delivered but there was damage on one piece. I'm still waiting for resolution of the damage now 3 weeks from notifying the store. Will think hard before I make any future purchases.

You always are greeted in a friendly manner..... Talking to the salesman and store rep's are always knowledgeable of their products.

The sales person was great but the follow through has not been good. Some pieces had to be ordered and we waited close to 4 weeks for delivery. The dresser had a warped drawer that would not close properly even though it had been inspected before being put on the delivery truck. We have now been waiting another 4 weeks for a replacement drawer. Really poor customer service on a large purchase.

Grand was recommended to my husband and me, and we have already directed other friends and family there. We had a fantastic experience shopping and will absolutely be back for our next furniture purchase.

I purchased from 1st room of furniture from Robert Bennett in 1982 in the down town location, I have since bought multiple rooms of furniture from Mike Rosenberger. I could not guess how much furniture that my wife & I have bought over the last 35 years...I drove from Charlotte, NC to buy my last sectional sofa and hauled it back because of the outstanding "Service" and "Great Prices" that Grand continues to provide to me and many of their customers!!!!

Dresser had a defect on the finish when delivered. Delivery person said the store would be in touch to fix it and I never heard from them.

The new furniture was perfect and my wife was very pleased and that makes me happy. The delivery people were great as they helped move existing items to make room for the new furniture. Donna Abbott is a great sales person and we highly recommend her to others.

Excellent company and a wonderful, helpful and friendly staff,class A1 company I highly recommend them.

Two days after we I bought the chair it would just randomly quit working.. a 600$ recliner from the "basement" so I called and let them know and she told me she would send me a brand new chair and when it was delivered we just got the bottom piece.. which wasn't even the same as what we originally had. I'll never buy furniture at Grand again.
