Very easy to lay, very good quality, and with right tools made cutting very easy, made my garden look beautiful

Ordered artificial grass from the Erdington store after being assured delivery would be on 6th May. I arranged fitting based on this confirmed date, however I never received a delivery slot or confirmation.

I then received conflicting information from customer service and online chat, with some systems showing delivery as 12th May instead. Communication throughout was very poor and promised callbacks were not made, leaving me constantly chasing updates myself.

The staff member I dealt with was polite and apologetic, but unfortunately the overall handling of the order and delivery process was disappointing enough that I eventually cancelled the order.

Delivery man is so rude, arrogant and annoying, first i have decided to refusex the delivery, just due to outcoming refund issue, i did work with patient beyond my limit,
If your partner or you could not handle big roll of grass, do not order from here,

The delivery and customer service were very quick, and I would like to mention this as a positive point.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the quality of the free samples I received. Several of the six artificial grass samples seemed to be poor quality and were shedding. This was disappointing, as I wanted to use the samples to decide whether to place a larger order.

Sadly, after seeing the quality of the samples, I would not order from Blast Direct. If the samples are already shedding and seem poor quality, I cannot feel confident about the quality of the full product.

This is a shame, because the fast service initially gave me a good impression.

Grass arrived early on the day of delivery as promised and was good quality lifelike grass Great value for money

Love new grass. Looks so real , lovely and green, Delivery was on exact day and time as stated. Good value for money

Cancelled my delivery date twice. Both times I had my tradesman booked to fit the grass as he had already prepped my lawn for the fitting.
If I had accepted the 3rd delivery date (and if it turned up) it would have been a month from order to delivery!
I cancelled my order and ordered it through my tradesman (was a lot cheaper and was the same if not better quality)on the Wednesday,it was fitted on the Friday! 2 days.
The order and refund process is efficient but the delivery service makes Evri look super reliable!
They really need to up their game on delivery,possibly think about using a courier service as their current delivery method is seriously going to ruin their company’s reputation.A reliable delivery system is the backbone of any successful business.
I certainly would not recommend using this company as not all tradesmen are as patient as mine.
Received a phone call and they provided a detailed explanation of the delivery issues I experienced.Was appreciated and I now feel heard.Does not cancel my bad experience but I’m happy to up my score given due to the professional manner my concern was dealt with.

From the minute I ordered I was kept in contact of the whole process. When delivered all was good including the package neat and in perfect order. I recommend this company for efficiency.

Told 3 different delivery dates, went to collect each time after being told it was delivered and wasn't there. Incompetent live chat assistance, really rude & wouldn't assist. Put our project back weeks & out of pocket. Really unhappy.

Diabolical let me put the exact measurements in to the order a sample to me then told.i can not have the size the sample was like a cat shedding fur a shame as prices were cheap

I bought my grass through the ebay website as there are no delivery charges.
The website and item ordered were clear and easy to select a suitable product.

Honestly so happy with everything. Delivery was really smooth, turned up when it said it would, and the driver was lovely which just made it all feel easy.

The samples were a lifesaver because I had no idea what I was choosing at first, but they made it way easier to pick the right one. And now it’s down, it looks so good and actually feels really nice too, not that weird scratchy fake grass.

Really happy with it and would 100% recommend.

When we went to the showroom to look at the grass we were very impressed but the samples that arrived looked so bad we can’t order the grass if that’s how it could look!

We ordered a few samples to help us decision making. The order was shipped very quickly, with excellent follow up and advice on our nearest showroom where we can go to have a look at a larger example of the samples that have been shortlisted. Very happy with the service so far and planning on visiting the showroom to finalize our choice.

Great service from ordering the grass in store very helpful and knowledgeable to delivery updates regularly and friendly service. Would definately recommend.
