Excellent service and speedy delivery. Our original choice was not available but they offered an alternative for the same price. Would definitely recommend them.

Initial service by Jayde was great, very helpful throughout. However radiators didn't arrive as was promised so had to postpone installation. Information from couriers to Great Rads wrong as radiators turned up quicker than told. However 1 radiator missing and no one could tell me why or when it was to be delivered. Complained to courier company only to be rudely told off by Angela that l shouldn't have bla bla bla. No further communication about missing radiator. Heating Engineer came and went and now need to return. Surprised to get a call from, not a close rneighbour, who found a soggy radiator in his garden. The house was unoccupied. Had to carry it some distance to my house. Hence scoring reflects my experience.

Great customer service. Had one problem which was dealt with immediately and without a fuss. Very pleased.

Placed order and was advised an expectation of when the radiator would arrive in stock, after emailing a week after expected date with no reply, I rang a week later to discuss why I’ve had no correspondence, was greeted by a very opinionated lady who I couldn’t get a word in edgeways with when asking why has it taken so long to have correspondence off them (I was waiting for this radiator to finish a customers property, and had I known the radiator wouldn’t be available until the 12th August I would have gone elsewhere) I was conveniently made aware by the lady who wouldn’t let me ask questions she literally had that email this morning and was getting back to me and how she is risking her life everyday, much like everybody like myself when out trying to earn a living, because I was unhappy with the answer that because we are in the middle of a pandemic that emails getting sent are affected by this virus, they have staff working from home everyday taking orders and sending emails to suppliers and customers etc, just using the pandemic as a poor excuse for customer follow up with orders. She then spoke above me, and was quite irate that I didn’t accept her lacklustre response to my email being the virus fault, my guess is that they were going to hold out until the bitter end hoping I’d want the radiator I paid for two months after the order, and losing an order instead of being honest and telling me it’s not going to come anytime soon, you may wish to go elsewhere where they may have it in stock.

Excellent service, quick delivery

Rang up to make sure the radiator was in stock was told it was and to order it now and would be with me within two days. Recieved conformation it had been shipped rang back up on the forth day to be told it was out of stock for four weeks no notification it was out of stock until i rang up.

I ordered a towel radiator from here.... stupidly the wrong colour. When it turned up I emailed them straight away and explained my mistake. By the next day they had exchanged to the correct colour... no faffing.. no problems!! Very happy!!
