Great Radiators Opiniones 

I was looking for something a little different for my bathroom, and had no problem finding something to suit at Great Rads! I ordered it in the afternoon, and while it said next day delivery, I've been let down by so many companies lately that I wasn't really expecting it, but it arrived early the next afternoon, in perfect condition, followed by the rad valves the next day.

Highly recommend!

Good product, delivered on time. The customer care service was not very helpful but overall I definitely recommend them.

Great service received within 1 week of my order

Did not like the fact my order of 2 items came in two deliveries on teo diffrent days.

We ordered two radiators (a single and a double) which were on next day delivery and we had scheduled the plumber in to fit them on the day they were due to arrive, so it was great that the delivery was so prompt. However, on inspecting the two radiators, the double one was only a single. I called customer service, and they organised a new radiator to be sent out, I was able to specify the date of delivery (which was great) but no apology was given. When the radiator arrived, they took away the incorrect one, again all good, the one delivered was now a double. We rescheduled the plumber again and this time when he started to view the double radiator fittings, one clip was bent, and there were no instructions or measurements as there were in the single radiator which he was able to fit. Again we called customer service and were informed they would contact the supplier and email me back. No email was received but we did receive a few days later a box of new clips to attach the radiator to the wall. Great radiators in the end - they look amazing, but had to organise the plumber to attend 3 times which was a higher cost to ourselves and we received no apology at all from the customer service team. Could have been a better experience.

BEAUTIFUL RADIATOR, GREAT DELIVERY - ONLY 1 THING STOPS FIVE STARS - THE RADIATOR IS DESIGNER AND NEEDED THE DESIGNER VALVES TO MATCH AND COMPLETE THE LOOK. WHEN ORDERING I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROMPTED TO BUY THESE OR THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. LACK OF VALVES CAUSED A BIG DELAY AND INCONVENIENCE TO THE BATHROOM PROJECT. i STILL WOULD BUY THE RADIATOR AGAIN.

I ordered a radiator, a week later I email to find out if the radiator was on it's way and no response.
Then I got an email to review the radiator, which I am giving, so before I gave the review I called up asking for my radiator. They said that the stockist is still waiting on them. So they said they would call me back, a day has passed and still no call.
Really frustrating that I have to keep chasing them up and I still don't have the rad.
