Have 3 dates for a boiler service over 2 weeks ago still not received a reply as to what day or time they will be calling if at all ,can't take 3days off work waiting ,they always used to give me a date and 99% of time were there

We have a boiler service as part of our home emergency cover. The company was clearly communicative in setting up the appointment, sending an email and giving three options for when it could be arranged. On the day we had a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable person come and do the work. They arrived within the time slot and explained each step of what they would be doing. Afterwards, our certificate came through incredibly quickly. I'd renew with these again next year.

I bought my boiler from Boiler Central who have changed their name to Green Central. The installation went smoothly, the finance was arranged easily and I pay installments every month so I can get my boiler serviced without a big bill. Very good company who helped me choose the best boiler for my needs.
