The company came out to fit a boiler within a couple of days. The fitting team arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done in one day despite some extra work needing doing (the replacement of an old lead gas pipe - which did require a slight increase in cost). The long warrantee was a key feature and was the fixed price fitting which seemed competitive compared with other quotes received from Worcester Bosch and a local fitter.

I did find it was slightly difficult to work out how to report a fault with the boiler but eventually found an online form to use and they were able to arrange an engineer to come out on the Monday (with the boiler developing a fault on the Thursday night - so the next working day effectively)

Arrived on time were very thorough, clean, tidy, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of property. Would not hesitate to recommend. John S

Overall, my installation was a pleasant experience. I was upset to find out the installer said he couldn't install the new boiler in the same place in the kitchen. Instead it was installed in the cupboard which housed the boiler cylinder. A good amount of copper piping was used and used wasn't charged anything extra.

I've had the boiler nearly a year now and everything still works great. The reason for the 4 star is because I do get called every now and again getting asked if I wanna join the boiler service program even though I say I'm not interested each time.

The boiler pressure was also quite high, I was told it would go down over time but it stayed high for months and I had to bleed a good amount of water from a radiators to relief the pressure.

Great customer service, easy to order and next day installation. A lot better value when compared to the big industry names as well, to the point I was wondering where the catch was! Would recommend to anyone.

Supplied and fitted completely. Everything they said they’d do was done. All pipes, vent, completed. Old holes filled. Removed old boiler. Waste tidied up. Ensured I was happy and knew the controls before they left. Did not fit next day from ordering but that was ok as existing boiler was working.

Communications throughout were good. Contacted in the early hours and call answered within 5 minutes, easy to get hold of. Some of the representatives lacked compassion considering the issues faced, both whilst reporting and the final courtesy call. All promises kept and delivered upon.

Reliable, efficient and very professional they changed our heating central and saved us the nightmare of searching for a gas engineer when all seem very busy, and unreachable. We cannot thank you enough Green Central!
