I used green central as other companies would not accept me for credit but this company did and applying for that credit was very easy and quick. On day of installation which was two days later I got a lovely chap who had my old boiler taken out and new one in within a few hrs, he then before he left checked it was working and tidied his mess. Green central phoned me just after the installer had left to check all taps and radiators where working, one wasn't so they phoned him and he came back and fixed this for me. I would highly recommend this company for the credit and the installation, all went really smoothly and quick.

Our old boiler packed up and it didn’t seem like we would be able to get it repaired and definitely not quickly. Went online and found Boiler Central now Green Central. Ordered a new boiler at about midday, sent through some pictures of our old installation. A team turned up the next day and installed the new one. That was a year ago. We took the monthly service package, they sent us a reminder to book a service. We booked the engineer came as scheduled. All good. What more could you want.

Great service from a company who do exactly what they are supposed to do in providing the right policy for your heating needs. Would definitely recommend and hope to use again in the future to have my boiler serviced.

Had my boiler a few months now. Easy to apply for credit and came out to install it quickly. No issues so far. They did a good job and tidied up after themselves. All in all really easy to deal with and happy with the service.

Engineer came first thing to fit a new boiler as mine had stopped working 2 days earlier.
Fitted really quickly, had an issue but rang engineer up & was resolved quickly. Thank you

We have our boiler etc on their cover. Unfortunately when something went wrong they had the exc7se that the item wasn't covered as we had called them I to service and they found the issue then. Not great, however the engineer womcame was able to direct us to a cheaper fix.

Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Report given was unclear if boiler was all good or not and not well explained at all.

The whole experience was so straight forward and easy, I couldnt recommend boiler central enough. Our boiler broke down and I had a local call out to view it, following stressful news that it couldn’t be replaced I received a quote from 4 different places and boiler central were by far the best quote, they were also able to install the next day. Aaron our installer arrived on time and finished on time, cleaned the area, removed all of our old boiler and equipment and was really respectful of our home. We’re back to having hot water and boiler working great. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
