I bought a new rim over the Christmas holidays and it was here within 10 days.

This company was dishonest and team members lie to me all the time regarding my delivery tyers!
It’s company responsibility to keep the customer informed about any missing parcel or part missing parcel
It’s company responsibility to inform the customers about any delay on any parcel
The Grip 500 company team members don’t take into consideration nothing if this
It’s more then that I was lied and disrespected by Grip 500 team and start speaking with me în different language
Shame on you shame on this company
I request my refound 2 days ago due my order was not delivery on 23 December as per you advised!
I will atach all the relative text messages and informations about this!

The delivery come on the same day when I received a message .
The goods is be packed well and was new

Updated: the remaining tyres arrived today, took a couple of weeks, delayed by storm Darragh.
Feedback: Customer Care staff needs improved communication, serious training.

Previous review: I ordered and paid 4 x tyres on 2nd December. On the 8th of December I received only 2 x tyres (via DPD who dropped them and ran). This is half of my order. So far no explanation, no communication, nor solution.
Am I going to fail my NCT because of you?

Great and reliable website for variety of tires. Delivery time about 7 days , Delivery company GLS is not a great & bad company , they delivered the tires that way that the delivery man through them of a 2 meters fence. You could imagine if it landed on somebody, what could happen!

I would not trust the dealer. Order a specific design as mentioned on website but received completely different. I did not have time and energy for the return so left with no option other than to get the delivered Tyre replaced on my car. Not all professional transaction and trustworthy.

The company does not comply with its VAT refund commitments.
One year ago I bought tires from the company, with the prior agreement that the VAT amount would be refunded. The refund was approved by the Belgian Ministry of Finance, but the company has not yet refunded the amount.
Moreover, after sales contacts with the company are almost impossible.

This is my second purchase from company,I'm very happy make shopping in this company,good prices
