The booking process for a trip from Much Wenlock to Birmingham Airport was very smooth. When I phoned later with a query it was answered promptly and clearly. Our driver turned up in good time and phoned to let us know he was there. Apparently he'd arrived half an hour earlier than that to be sure of not being late and he told us that he'd actually left an hour early, but had been held up for half an hour, thereby demonstrating the benefits of leaving plenty of time. Waqas Ahmed's driving was very good indeed and we felt perfectly relaxed - an unusual experience in a cab! The drop off was close to the entrance and he also pointed us in the right direction. The car was impeccably clean. Everything made for an excellent, relaxed start to our trip. Would most definitely use again.

Our driver Waqas was really nice; he met us in Arrivals offered to take all our cases to the car. He had parked as close as he could to the door and gave us each a bottle of water.
