Many Trips with Halo - Always a great experience
I've used Halo many times for trips to both Birmingham Airport and Heathrow, and will continue to use them. The service is fantastic. Always prompt, communicative, and friendly. The cars are always modern and clean, and the driving has always been smooth and pleasant. -Dan

I made a mistake when booking the ride…
I made a mistake when booking the ride home by putting in 10am instead of 10pm, after paying for it I noticed my mistake so called them to speak about it, they said they would call me back and it was sorted, would definitely recommend them to anyone 👍

Absolute joke!
I requested for a drop off at Birmingham Int'l AP but after days of wait, a few calls and emails; I finally got an apology email that they couldnot mere arrange a taxi from Kenilworth to BHAM. Lols, at the quality of their service (a taxi service who cannot manage a taxi). Next time when I plan to go to hell; I might contact you for your on-time, speedy and great service.

Brilliant service.
Booking was easy -- and so was cancellation! Unfortunately, our plans changed and we had to cancel. Halo were brilliant at understanding our problem and very quickly credited the cost back to my bank account. Couldn't do better.

THE STAFF WERE ALL EXCELLANT
From the beginning May to the end 22 July the service was excellent all down to you staff at Trafford park repair garage. With updates on how the repair was progressing on a weekly bases and to my campervan being restore to look like a New Campervan the day I bought it.
VERY IMPRESIVE.
