USELESS - 10 Days Later still dont have item
Completely USELESS - 10 Days Later still dont have item.
NEVER USE HARVEY NORMAN.
I received an email confirmation for my order on 7/9/26
Waited a whole week and didn't receive any post.
On 13/9/26 I emailed HarveyNorman to ask is this normal behavior, received a useless reply saying somebody would get back to me.
Its now the 17th and still no official reply or item received. 10 whole days.
10 days after placing order no item received.
NEVER USE HARVEY NORMAN.

The delivery drivers were truly professional thought we’d have difficulty getting the sofa in situ upstairs as it was a narrow staircase and a sharp turn at the top but they were in and out with no fuss at all. Very impressed.

The delivery of our furniture from Harvey Norman was absolutely flawless and the tracking information kept us informed of the exact time the furniture was going to arrive. The delivery staff were very polite and helpful and positioned the furniture exactly where we required it. First class service.

No items after a month and still trying to get anywhere!
Ordered 2 headphones for pickup at nearest store, had a call to say only one in store and they would send it to another store so they could dispatch 2 to my address. Over a month on and no delivery, online contact form gets no response and online chat is useless, first one said spoken to store and will get call then second says they’ve emailed store to call me. Items not even online anymore…… Absolutely useless and do not recommend!
