Great service from Hamza at Gracechurch today. I needed several electrical items for my small business. He listened to my needs and was able to offer several suitable options for each item I was seeking. Prices were competitive and accompanying services were explained clearly. A very happy customer.

I had a very helpful assistant called Liam who was extremely helpful and talked me through several options which I appreciated. I made a purchase and he carried it out to my car. That’s what I call excellent service. Thank you Liam.

Davy was very helpful and knowledgable in store. Any questions we had, he was able to answer and he was very reassuring regarding the delivery of the sofa as there are access restrictions. Would recommend to friends and family.

⭐ Sent me a used camera when I paid for brand new

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 that was advertised and sold as brand new, but what arrived was very clearly someone else's return.

The box had already been opened and was damaged, the camera was dirty and visibly used, and it even still had the previous owner's photos on it. To make matters worse, they had left the previous customer's Jessops invoice inside the package, which proves the camera had already been purchased by somebody else.

I paid for a brand-new camera, not a used customer return. If I wanted a second-hand camera, I would have bought one and paid a second-hand price.

Really disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking anything you receive from this seller carefully, especially if you've paid for an item advertised as new.

Speedy delivery, with mattress delivered right into my bedroom to save me any hassle.

Mariah and Gab were both incredibly helpful - I was purchasing the nothing phone recently. I spent a lot of time in store with the transfer which took a lot longer than expected but they were both very approachable and had a lot of knowledge. I felt reassured and welcomed. Thank you again both

My mother and I visited the Holywood Exchange store to purchase a sofa we had looked at on a previous occasion. We were assisted by Davy who handled our purchase professionally and with good humour. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the staff member who helped us when we first looked at the sofa, but we are always pleased with the service we receive when we visit and would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Was in boucher road store today and went to use toilets i have never seen so much dirt, they had poo on seats of two of them and dirt and dust on rest. Looked like they havent been cleaned in months. Its about time you got toilets cleaned. I just walked out. Your store is clean so why isnt toilets cleaned and floors mopped.

Ordered a product online. Money taken. 2 hours later email received to say they have cancelled the order because they don't actually have the product as advertised.

Just a lot of hassle for no good reason.

We Recently had a good experience at the Boucher Road store. Helpful friendly and informed staff who only approached us when we needed assistance.Mark answered our questions and printed out details for us and was in no way pushy .
We decided to purchase the settee and he made the whole process easy and relaxed

I went for a coffee in a local Bakers/Coffeeshop and realised after the machine was a Nespresso.. it was beautiful. I went straight to Harvey Norman to find one for my home. I’d previously had a Siemens coffee maker and was so disappointed it went back. I was so despondent as it cost nearly £1000.
I was greeted by a beautiful woman who really explained the Nespresso brand. I saw one that interested me. A machine made by Sage for Nespresso. I wasn’t sure so she made me a drink from it. It was as beautiful as the coffeeshop I’d been in.
I was sold. Jowlita (assistant) explained all the settings to me and even a fault find - was just a blow through of the pipes with steam. Simple. I could customise the coffee itself, I could customise the milk temperature as I like really hot coffee. All the features that lacked in the Siemens machine I’d returned to another online retailer.
She even gave me a few extra pods of what I’d tried to get me going until my order from Nespresso would arrive if I’d ordered when I got home.
The staff in Harvey Norman even carried the machine to my car for me.
Whilst I was in the store (top floor in Sutton Coldfield branch) every single employee that passed me acknowledged me. They are all so very helpful, friendly and polite. They don’t give you the hard sell either. It’s very clear the staff want you to leave happy with something rather than with regret.

I got the machine home and it didn’t taste like it did in the shop. Thankfully after only two attempts I found my way of doing things. I heat the milk first on the milk setting before actually brewing the coffee. The results were amazing. I’m so so happy with it. I’d been getting a well known brand delivered costing me hundreds a month. Now I have a coffee for less than a pound. The machine will pay for itself in a few months. It’s a win win and one I never thought I’d find.
Thank you so much Jowlita and Harvey Norman is my new ‘go to’ shop for anything in the home. Electrical, white goods, TV’s, IT and kitchen appliances.
If it goes in the home I urge you to check out Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield. It’s a beautiful store full of beautiful people. I’m sure you won’t regret it

The instore service was good, the delivery was prompt and fitted quickly. The delivery staff were excellent and very friendly.

Terrible service and quality of sofa we purchased is so bad. It moves when you sit on it, its wonky, and it is so uncomfortable. Harvey Norman sent someone out to look at it and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Apparently there are tolerances I should know about.... the man that came to my house was so condescending and basically in not so many words called me a liar and told me nothing he could do.
I've waited 2 months to see if Harvey Norman would contact me to see what options I have , but nothing. The rude man said he would tell them I wasn't happy still. Yet still nothing.
A complete waste of money. We will need to buy another set of sofas and discard these. We bought a 2 and a 3 seater recliner. A complete waste of money and poor service as couldn't even be bothered to rectify the issue
Will not shop in any of their stores again.
Such a shame as I was excited Sutton Coldfield was getting a new furniture store
