The instore service was good, the delivery was prompt and fitted quickly. The delivery staff were excellent and very friendly.

Terrible service and quality of sofa we purchased is so bad. It moves when you sit on it, its wonky, and it is so uncomfortable. Harvey Norman sent someone out to look at it and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Apparently there are tolerances I should know about.... the man that came to my house was so condescending and basically in not so many words called me a liar and told me nothing he could do.
I've waited 2 months to see if Harvey Norman would contact me to see what options I have , but nothing. The rude man said he would tell them I wasn't happy still. Yet still nothing.
A complete waste of money. We will need to buy another set of sofas and discard these. We bought a 2 and a 3 seater recliner. A complete waste of money and poor service as couldn't even be bothered to rectify the issue
Will not shop in any of their stores again.
Such a shame as I was excited Sutton Coldfield was getting a new furniture store

My experience was very good. Matthew, who assisted me in the IT department, took his time to understand what I wanted and to assist me in making the correct choices. Good, old fashioned, customer service.

Delivered when said would be delivered. Furniture brought in to two different rooms, unwrapped and put in place. All wrapping removed and taken away. Both men pleasant and respectful. Very happy.

From picking my suite to delivery was an absolute pleasure. Glenn, the sales man made sure I had the correct seating etc to suit us.
The delivery men were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was in the correct position and working order.

I ordered a Samsung Soundbar on 26. July. Shortly after I received a note there was an error and it’s not available after all which is very disappointing. I contacted support to ask when it will be back in stock and never received a reply also very disappointing. On 28. July I ordered another one which was supposed to be delivered on 2. August well in time for my husbands birthday. I have not received a shipping or delay confirmation so I contacted support on 3. August and was told they shipped the item wrongly. They assured me it will be back in store on 4. August and they will ship it to me. Still no note no compensation and it’s my husbands birthday today and I have no present. I do not recommend buying here website and support is highly unreliable.

Ordered a £500 wine cooler from HN on 21st July, went over a week without any delivery information. Eventually called to find out where my order was to be told that it was actually out of stock and it had to be ordered directly from Hisense. Was told I would be called back last week, and received no follow up on the status. Called them today to be told the there was no update and that they had only emailed Hisense for an update and made no attempt to chase. Staff were rude and arrogant.

Craig was brilliant, took us through the whole process, making sure that what we bought suited our needs, with a great sense of humour. The electrical store seems a lot bigger than Holywood exchange, a superb choice of items on display. Would throughly recommend and we will return.

Callum and Diare were brilliant. Nothing was a problem and they got me sorted with a brand new iPad and all the accessories. Converted to Apple as a result. So much better than the service you might get online. Brilliant team.

I found harvey norman store in Sutton coldfield to be very interesting, the stock was excellent, and the tec for me was super , i purchased a samsung phone with alot of help from Jake ,he was very knowledgeable and helped me chose the phone which suited my needs
