This company is extremely disappointing. They advertise “high-end quality,” yet the blouse I received was nothing of the sort—cheap fabric, poorly stitched, and far from what was promised. The sizing was completely inaccurate; I normally wear a medium, but this one was so tight I could barely move. When I requested a refund, they refused, and even when I asked for an exchange in a different size, they declined. The customer service was unhelpful, and the product quality is dreadful. Absolutely not worth the money. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Awful quality. Pictures don’t correspond to reality

I was deeply regretting for not doing my homework before I placed my order with this Haute In Couture company! I placed the order on 10/16/2025, the order came in 20 days later (they claim they are express shipping). The t-shirts that I ordered are totally worthless the worst synthetic fabrics that they did not even bother to check and iron the flower without the separator in between so the shirt ended up sticking together back and front like a strong glue, I cannot even peel it off! Moreover, I paid highest price $75 including all sorts of tarrifs and taxes. Later to I know I found the same shirts selling in other website for $11, I tried contacted the customer service and I got no response. So please avoid the same mistake I did here, please do not buy from this company!

I received the worst product, looking nothing like the website picture. The quality was horrible and the condition was deplorable.
Customer service advised that I steam it and would not allow a return.
I will never buy from this company again!

I wish I could give them a zero. Items were not cheap and looked nothing like what I ordered. 136 for two tops and what arrived looked like a piece of material not even cut out into a top. I don’t know how this business still operates but will never ever buy from them again. Absolutely disgusting

I bought a blouse (Milan Chic Silky Satin Draped Neck Blouse Metallic Silver / M) that looked great in the picture but when I received it, the top part of the neck looks almost unfinished. It does not look anything like the picture. I wrote to see if the blouse was defective and they said no, that is what is was supposed to look like. They said to iron it and it will look better. I does not. I am very disappointed with my purchase and will not buy from them again.

I would absolutely give this site a zero rating, the worst material.I've ever received from online. The order came late after my vacation.And the material was horrible, cheapest, polyester. The site said t shirt I received polyester contacted the company.They denied a refund or exchange.I wish I would have read the.Reviews before purchasing from this site. Buyers beware do not order from this site.They need to shut it down.

Didn't receive what I ordered. I've tried to contact the company multiple times. Advertised as 100 percent cotton blouse. What arrived was 100 percent polyester. Unwearable for me. I haven't yet received a response on how to return it.

I ordered 3 blouses for a total of $121 USD. They look nothing like the photo online, and the sizes were way off. The fabric was thin and cheap, and it was advertised as on sale, meaning “no return”. It was shipped from China…..why can’t these places be shut down…they advertise on Instagram and must scam thousands of customers! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! Buyer Be Aware!!! I ordered a beautiful Navy Blazer. I love it. I decided to order another one in Hot pink. First it came from a different manufacturer.. crappy quality… it was too big and decided to return it. The website showed it was on sale for 89.00 clearly states 30 day return policy. When I reached out to customer service.. they informed me all sales are final. This was NOT WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS! Absolutely Terrible customer service!!!

My purchase was originally ordered mid September, the company stated order was delivered on 10/10. My order NEVER arrived. After confirming non-receipt thru COUNTLESS emails I finally just gave up. This company is not legitimate, it's a whole scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I would rate them a 0 if there was such a rating. Whatever you see on their website, will NOT arrive as shown. I ordered 3 blouses that looked like designer quality. They arrived and were horrible. When I complained to Support about the style not matching the photo, they told be that I was not wearing it correctly and that it took additional styling to make it look like the picture. They will not exchange them as they told me "you got what you ordered". Like many other people, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Kind of a scam company.

Don’t buy from this company! I wish I’d searched reviews on them prior to my purchase. They refer to themselves as luxury. I purchased a belt at $70. It was the quality one would expect of a Halloween costume accessory. Horrible. And just like everyone else I found out when searching for how to make a return(which is not information you’ll find on the site), that they discount the item so you fall outside of their “return” policy and are stuck with their quality junk. It’s a scam. They should be shut down.

First issues with delivery. It took longer than acceptable to get package customer service experience horrible they dont care they dont know. I finally received package. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the cardigan that I ordered. I bought a cardigan for $136 thet looks like a $5 piece made by Shein. Very deceiving website. I would never order anything from them again 😡. And. Return policy horrible!

There is no mention of products coming from China . I def wouldn't have ordered. I first ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Total false advertising . The pictures were nothing like what came and quality ,garbage!! Gave them.away.
I then ordered a pair of Khloe Chrome oversized sunglasses. Had to wait a month, which was when I realized came from.China,...supposed to get Chrome. They send me black!! I email them.and lady named Michelle says, we will send you the right pair. I am like, great! Thank You! Thinking my pair was coming i waited 3 weeks. Finally, yesterday, I get glasses in mail. I open them.up and they are this tiny pair of what I assume is kids aviators. WAY smaller than the Khloe sunglasses , not even the right look . Could've gotten a better pair at Walmart. I instantly emailed this Michelle to tell her what garbage I was sent and now there's crickets. No response. Shitty company. Shitty made products. Made and shipped directly from China!! Buyer beware! Actually...dont waste your money or time on this pure substandard garbage!

Absolute garbage product! As per all the other reviews, the product is pathetic: we need to keep the pressure on these jerks and get this outfit shut down. Keep up the negative reviews!!!

I hope everyone gets to read these reviews before they purchase. One of the worst buying experience. Black linen dress was to be size XL, at best a Size 8-10. Completely useless and no returns! The material was as thin as a paper towel. Worst product I have ever received from online purchase. MADE IN CHINA. Poor Poor quality and sizing

Beware of the white Gucci teeshirt. I ordered it in a 3X and it fits like a small! Ridiculous! I’ve asked for a refund. Will let you know!

I wish I saw these reviews ahead of time as well. I ordered a white dress with buttons down the front. The material is very thin, sheer and poor quality. Definitely not worth $48. When I asked to exchange, they said it was not exchangeable since it was on sale. Hope people see these reviews and don’t make same mistake. Cindy 7/15/2025
