Do not use this company. Order a t-shirt and received a box of mixed items that was not mine. No response to emails or messages on social media page. Terrible company, they take your money but do not provide what they say.

This company is a scam. I ordered some clothing through Amazon Pay on January 20, 2025, but the items never arrived. I've sent them several e-mails, and they've always said the order is still in transit. It has been two months, and I haven't received anything. Besides, they stopped replying to my e-mails. Do not buy anything from this company. I'm surprised that Amazon supports their site.

I bought boot for $150 dollars , this company did fake delivery and when I ask for refund they did fake refund as well. I have never been upset the way I’m right now. This guys are scam , scam , scam

The dress I bought through Instagram was not even close to what I got. It took forever to receive and I ordered a women’s large and it would barely qualify as a child’s size large. It is terrible quality fabric and worth about 1/8 of what I paid ($39.94) which they claim was a sale price (ha!) and of course would not consider taking as a return or exchange. I thought it would be a cute summer dress for the beach or running around, but it is garbage. This is just some Chinese company posing as legit, but they are FAR from it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered boots and received nothing like the description or picture. I am so upset I spent $150 of my hard earned money on $10 worth, can’t even put on boots from China.

This company is fraud. They take your money and never send the product. You can see what the other customers say. All true. They need to be shut down and I'm going to make a complaint so they don't keep scamming people.

The order never came and after weeks of contacting the company i was told it was in transit each time. Still has not arrived and they won't give a refund.

They dont let you return anything ever.
If you try and retuurn anything to them they 'CLAIM"
it was on sale. Meanwhile the whole site and everything on it says its a discounted price

I just wish I could upload the absolutely disgusting article they sent me The No 5 Woollen Jumper ended up being nylon seams not matching and just a joke. Charged me 208 aus dollars. I would pay a tenner for it in Kmart. I am in contact with the standards committee and am now going to look at fraud.

I purchase over $500 from this place and when my merchandise did not fit i ask for return or exchange they said i can not do that !

Awful customer service and poor quality garments. They encourage you to use a promo code when making a purchase. Then when the item arrives and it’s nothing like the advert and you request a refund they say no refunds on sale items. The teddy bear shopaholic t-shirt was poor quality nothing like advertised. Do not waste your money and time using this company.

This is the worse place to buy clothes! First of took them 20 days to even ship my items. Then when i received the items they are too small. Not a true to size and now they try to pull a cause its on sale cant be returned or refunded. Everyone this needs to stop i am turning them

Poor fitting clothes and buckle missing from shoe. Return policy states 48 hours for return or exchange. I emailed them within 24hours. I have emailed 8 times since with no response from them. Fraudulent lying about return policy.

Habe Artikel bestellt und wollte diese zurück geben weil sie nicht passen - zuerst wurde ich mehrfach hingehalten bei der Bitte um ein Rücksendeetikett. Zum Schluss wurde behauptet ich hätte SALE-Artikel gekauft (was überhaupt nicht stimmt) und diese könne man nicht zurück geben. Habe jetzt Paypal zur Klärung eingeschaltet und hoffe das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.... NIE WIEDER !!!

This company is dishonest. I bought a dress which I was told was linen, and it was reduced in their sale to £32. I thought it seemed like a good deal. They say they are based in LA. I'm in the UK and thought it would be a nice holiday dress. It was shipped from China, and it arrived yesterday. The quality of this garment is so cheap and awful, it's only fit for the dustbin! I told them immediately it was not what I had bought, the quality was appalling. They said it wasn't their policy to return sale items. But it seems it is their policy to lie and scam people out of their hard earned money. They advertise on Instagram, but should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
