Ordered 15 personalised jumpers recently, easy to contact and plenty of updates regarding delivery time. Not sure about the other reviews, but my experience was top top!

The item came as described and the customer service was really good, however I can understand why people mistake the delivery time for to be 3-5 days (though the actual delivery time is outlined right at the end), my advice would be to clearly outline the delivery time including the time it takes for personalisation.

Also, try to make tracking easier for the customer as the 'Shop' tracking app could not find the tracking number.

I am happy with the product and the delivery time (as I recognised the entire time it would take for delivery)

Good quality hoodies with great prices:). A few more design for baby hoodies would be good but either way, very happy :)

I provided the wrong name in the personalisation box and the hoodie was printed, I contacted over WhatsApp and the agent sent a free replacement even though it was my fault! Really appreciate it!

Placed an order for a hoodie with a dispatch time of 3-5 days. Its now day 17 and I am still waiting. Do not respond me emails or DMs, mobile number does not ring out. This is a scam company. DO NOT USE. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the 5 star reviews are fake! I will proceed to reporting you to trading standards

If I could I would not even give 1* this company is not legit several email and what's upp msg but no reply ordered a hoodie for my sisters birthday waited 3 weeks no correspondence what's so ever then decided to send 1 last msg stating they took my money but no order advised them that they are scammers and I will be in touch with the police surprisingly I recived a msg stating that they were unwell and havnt been in the business and they will be dispatching my order in 72 hours I do not believe them what so ever I will never order from them again and advise everyone to stay away from these scammers.

Scammers!! Don’t buy anything from here I ordered on 1st December and now it’s been over a month. I’ve got one reply saying it’s been delayed due to festive period around mid December and ever since then no reply or contact back. I have reported them to my bank and now the police and trading standards.

UPDATE: they contacted me about wanting to make things better due to me leaving my review above. They said they were away in Bangladesh and the nephews were covering for her in this country. An absolute lie!!! She then said she will give a brand new hoodie personalised in another name as a way to say sorry. It’s nearly 4 weeks since that email. Also the two 4-5 star reviews below from February 2023 are lies. Don’t believe them the lady wrote it herself to make the brand look better

Please avoid at all costs. No wonder everything is so discreet on the website about who they are and where they are based, they don’t want to assist when your goods don’t arrive. Ordered in November, irrespective of delays no items yet and when questioned, they block your number so got another family member to contact and no response. If you are open and honest and have nothing to hide as a business you answer any and every question. No item no refund and no correspondence. How an earth is this a business. When questioned the unprofessional as a business owner is worrying. Do not order or use you will get no where, surely all the other negative reviews can’t be false. Website and correspondence state your will receive a tracking number, no tracking received to date how can we be reassured item has been dispatched. Went down the route of trading standards and police as per guidance of other customers in same situation.

I ordered a jumper on 7th August 2022 and have still not received it. It has been a month.... terrible service
