This is the worst website u can order from its a scam and total shambles i ordered a personalised Arabic jumper all paid for and it says 3-5 days shipping it’s been nearly 3 weeks no confirmation no nothing no dispatched date so I contacted them on what they have as a contact detail total bad aswell nobody replies so basically they sit with your money and don’t care

Order didn’t even arrive!!!!
Been over 2 weeks

They take so long to reply to your email and there’s no way of speaking to them over the phone and when they do, they don’t answer all your questions regarding the purchase. So you are constantly going back and forth. First order got lost in the “depot” (which they didn’t know about btw) so after waiting 10 days, I had to reorder another one which they sent out and gave me the tracking number for. After reaching the UAE, my friend had to pay extra tax on it, which I wasn’t told about. Also the hoodie didn’t look that great and looked very simple for the amount that I payed for.
So absolutely disappointed and feel quite embarrassed with this purchase as it was a gift.
The contact section they have on their website and via WhatsApp doesn’t work either. So all in all, it’s quite rubbish and don’t waste your money and time on them.

Paid for an item been two months still waiting for a delivery. No explanation given despite chasing. Stay away !

Awful customer service. Liars. Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent company with fake timescales. Quick to take your money but do not deliver. At all!!

I have ordered an jumper from this company and they haven't still delivered it to me. I ordered on the 24th July and now its 12th August. They told me 2-3 working days. I am very dissatisfied with this service. I highly recommend no one buying anything from here. They have blocked my contact so i cannot text them on WhatsApp. They don't respond.
This is the worst company to shop from.

Absolute rubbish customer service. After nearly 3 weeks of placing the order, I still have not recieved the goods. The replies that I get are inconsistent and they take days to reply to concerns. Dont order from here. You have to contact them through whatsapp and I can see that they have read the message but have chosen to ignore me. I will be reported them to the police. Dont order from here

FAKE WEBSITE.

I ordered from here, didn't receive the item. Took my money and didn't even reply to my email. I sent them a message on the WhatsApp they have and received one message back saying 'Hello, Please give us a moment whilst we check this order' and that's all I got.

UPDATE:

They only responded after I said I had reported them to the Police and Trading Standards and gave me loads of excuses to why my clothing hadn't arrived. I ordered on 13th March, 11 days later nothing in sight. They can't give you a tracking number yet they say everything is sent via Hermes or Royal Mail.

They issued a full refund, but it makes me wonder, why they only replied after I had reported them...

The most disgusting service I have ever received! This company is so untrustworthy they take your money and don't deliver the goods! After weeks of chasing this up I got vague replies which were mainly fobbing me off. No real useful information eg. Timescales for delivery and could not provide a tracking number even though they claim the item was posted. A load of bull. Customer service is just awful, responses were through a WhatsApp service which were late and sounded like an uneducated teenager, completely unprofessional! Eventually they stopped replying to me (after about 2 very short messages which is all I ever received) and then blocked me! Wow. They claim to be a Muslim company yet have no Islamic values whatsoever. Don't believe the fake reviews of their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You'll thank me.
