Helpful Staff, Way Too Many questionares

Doctors and physical therapists give fast, excellent medical care and quick scans. However, the online website is very confusing and makes it hard to find your paperwork. It is also highly annoying because it sends too many long surveys after every talk.

Too many questionnaires

This is the second questionnaire you have sent me in 24 hours yet I still do not have my list of treatment providers to choose from!!!

I will give an honest review once I have my treatment booked in!

Surveys took a long time to complete…

Surveys took a long time to complete and seemed excessively detailed for an initial assessment.
The process for video calls is also a bit fiddly.

Spoke to a qualified Physiotherapist

I was able to discuss my problems I am having with my knee with a qualified Physiotherapist. She made the decision I should have a MRI scan.

Physio was good however…..

Physio was good except all the information I completed online wasn’t available to her so I had to repeat most things.

Good progress

The DoctorCareAnywhere consultant allocated to me was very helpful and referred me on to an appropriate specialist. The problem was identified and a healthcare plan set in motion. I am happy with the result.

I logged on and joined my video call 5…

I logged on and joined my video call 5 mins early. I was then in the waiting room for 45 mins and the clinician did not admit me.
Part way through I called the helpline to get someone to call by phone but no one did.
When I complained I was told I had not logged on which is manifestly untrue and that the clinician had tried calling, but there are no missed calls nor any phone messages from him. So I do not believe that.
This is evidenced by a later appointment where the clinician did try to call and left a voice message.
Deeply unhappy with the lack of service, the unnecessary wait, the unsympathetic response to my complaint and wasting my precious time.

Really quick empathetic service

Really quick service. Knowledge of the person I spoke to was excellent and they walked me through the process with empathy.

Rhys was thorough and sympathetic

Rhys was available on time. He did a thorough check of my symptoms and was sympathetic towards my situation. He arranged an MRI scan for me which was available within 3 days!

Some improvement potential

CS is good and they pick up really quickly and are friendly and helpful.

UI of the platform needs improvement as it is not that user friendly.

I got a bit frustrated with Virtual Lucy always having to reach out to AXA to confirm what is included and what not and not even able to provide me a list of physios in my area, live in Brixton/London, with the closest ones being 5 miles away and only after having a really disappointing experience with the first physio and having to reach out to AXA directly I got a bigger list of physios which are also closer to me.

Overall I would say CS people are lovely but UI needs improvement and it needs a better link up with AXA so as a customer you have one place that can cover all of your basic needs.

It was OK. Could have been better.

My video physio experience was OK, but the physio was late and made no apology for that. Referred for physical physio so can't comment on advice given.
