I was introduced to this platform by a former kinky colleague of mine! I purchased some goodies however ended up victim to a faulty item! Healthy and Active’s customer service was EXCELLENT!! When I first contacted them about the item, they were so quick and sincere. I was sent a new item within 4 days without having to send back the faulty one. Overall they’re items are super!! I have not dealt with any other issues!

I placed an order for a last minute Valentine's day gift and didn't double check the address before submitting my order. I called first thing the next morning and spoke to Sophia. She was able to get the address fixed and my order arrived sooner than I expected!! Truly saved the day!

Healthy and Active is now my go to and I'm a customer for life!

Very good Experience

I surprised my wife and ordered several items including the cordless Magic Wand. These items arrived in a timely manner and were all well made quality products. Based on my experience, I would recommend Healthy and Active to anyone looking for quality products.

Ordered on Feb 6, parcel still not delivered today Feb 21. Very disapointing!

I called in Monday 2/5 before 1pm and auto system said you were closed. I followed prompts to go to online orders and was on hold for 40 minutes even though system kept saying there were zero callers ahead of me.
Totally unacceptable system!!
Today they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a penis pump which almost tore my penis off at the lowest setting and didn’t release right away. Per my insistence they finally waived the restocking fee and I thought they should have provided pre paid shipping but they wouldn’t
I still like this company and most of their products and I will place another order once I get my store credit!!!

I had originally ordered and paid for a product from Healthy & Active's online catalogue through Amazon UK.

I was surprised when the product came with an attached importtax since I had thought that the UK was inside the EU tarrif barrier. So I decided to at first return the product since I found the income tax not ok.

A friendly representative at DHL reminded me that the U.K. left the EU two years ago which I somewhat remembered but there was no reminder about it when making a purchase on the Amazon UK website.

Well, now I know it is that way each time I order through them.

To get the product returned, and the amount paid refunded took several days of communication with first DHL next Healthy & Active. Finally, I was able to get both the product back to the U.S., and my money refunded.

I appreciate the fast and reliable customer service at Healthy and Active. You are far away in the United States, and I am all the way over here. But your kind and sincere customercare has been heartwarming.

I give you 5 stars here on Trustpilot.com. I will be back soon to order directly from you which makes it much easier to remember that there always is an incometax attached on orders from the USA.

I bought on Dec 09 and received on Dec 29.
Lots of emails and follow-ups.
I thought I lost both package and my money but after a month, finally I received it.
Wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

Not a trustworthy company. They charge you for quicker shipping and then don't ship it quick. When you want a refund for the expensive shipping they tell you to read their FAQ's about shipping. No refund. I won't purchase again from a company I can't trust.

Items are great quality and just as described. Packaging is discrete. Very satisfied customer!

I never get tired of buying at Healthy & Active! The variety and quality of the products are unsurpassed (and I have made many purchases!), I have yet to find something I didn’t like. Products are shipped without any delays and well packaged. Keep up the great work!

SCAM - There is no way to cancel online. The page does not exist.

Very good experience. Online orders, (and I've done a few now) have been very easy and efficient. Good updates about delivery days and tracking. And the Healthy & Active products are very good quality, and are exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.

Their description and pictures were exactly what you get. Along with that, the speed of delivery was exceptional.

I wish we had the option to give this place s review with no stars for even just giving them a one star is being to generous! I order just recently 2 items and EVEN paid EXTRA to have them delivered faster... Then I get a notification that my package was delivered. I go check and there is ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE GOD DAMN THING DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR as they claimed! No one came delivered anything to my door and I know this for a fact because I have a security camera at the top right corner of my damn door with motion detection always sent directly to my phone notifying me of any movement or sound. And I EVEN reviewed my footage for the alleged delivery and there was nothing to be seen! No delivery Man, or woman! There was nothing! Absolutely nothing! And now they be ignoring my emails demanding a full refund! They basically took my money promising to deliver me what I have purchased with ABSOLUTELY NO intensions of coming through with their obligations! This is so bull! I DON'T recommend this site at all! But I will be contacting the BBB for assistance with this since they don't want to even try to resolve anything! If they would've came through with their end and actually delivered, they would've had a 100% loyal customer! But obviously they've pissed all over that! So healthy and actively robbing customers of their hard earned money, YOU will be hearing from me or the BBB! For I refuse to just give away my honest earned dollars! 🖕🏼

After placing an order last night I wanted to upgrade from 2 day shipping to 1 day shipping. Sent an email saying I would be calling in the morning to make the changes. Wyatt from customer service replied via email first thing in the morning. When I called customer service Wyatt answered! While on the phone I was able to order 4 additional items and upgrade to 1 day shipping.

Can’t wait to play with my items over the weekend!!! Will be ordering from Healthy & Active in the near future.
