Update, note the sellers lame generic response, and after admitting that would you consider buying a dild0 from a place that accepts used ones back?!
Also note they requested a review, which I wrote, yet they didn't post in their website so its all rigged anyway.

Recently bought a dildo from this website, ad said if for any reason your not satisfied contact within 30 days for full refund. Being embarrassed to order this type of thing I read about their shipping, and they Stress discreet shipping! Well , I opened my mailbox to find a thin plastic back with an obvious penis and balls inside. MORTIFIED! It wasn't even a bubble bag it was beyond obvious it was a sexton! Well, a couple days later I tried the toy and the suction cup base was useless, the entire reason I chose it. I write them telling them they forever embarrassed me by their indiscreet packaging and I want a refund as the item is no good. O was told that the indiscretion of shipping was due to the items value!? WTH?!!!! THEN, Beleive it or not, they want me to ship back a used dildo or they won't refund me, again ship them back a used sextoy. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS! AND HORRIBLE SHIPPING PROCEDURES AND ROBOTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everyone I was in contact with went the extra mile to understand and correct the unfortunate shipping issue that was completely the shippers fault.

Accidentally completed an order without enough $$ to get the free offer item. Immediately sent an email asking that the order be cancelled so I could correct my mistake. Was contacted the next day and my order was canceled and my credit card was reimbursed.
I placed a new order a couple of days later because of this great customer service and the items were delivered without delay.

All positive ratings are fake and just they want to steal your money ! Stay away from this bulls... company.
Shipping was expensive and arrived a bit late. Also the goods on their site are overpriced, so it'd pay to shop around.
The product I purchased ripped/broke the very first use. I contacted support, and was sent a replacement. The replacement ALSO broke very. first. use. I then requested a refund, they agreed, then sent me an email saying I was getting a credit. I complained, to which she said she had made a mistake in the email and I would get a credit (most likely was a copy/paste email, but she was too lazy or didn't think to customize it? idk). Then a week or so after I had sent the product back (at my own expense mind you) I emailed and asked when I could expect a refund, and received an email where she didn't even answer the question (basically said "it was issued"). So I asked...yet again..., this time I got another cookie cutter email that said i was charged a 20% restocking fee.. I emailed AGAIN saying I shouldn't be charged a restocking fee since I wasn't told that in the beginning, received a condescending response that basically said I need to read more thoroughly (further down the email it said the refund total did not include a restock fee, but how do I know which was the mistake, the total or where it said there was a fee???), so I replied to her again expressing that I wanted to shop with them in the future but I was frustrated at their service and products. I received a straight up condescending, rude response from customer service. Products are junk. Customer service is junk.
The correct items arrived in the time frame specified on their website. One of the items was defective, so I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately, without making me return the defective one. I think Nordsrom's even makes you non-working items back.

i purchased an extension device from healthy&active which wasn't defective, but was designed very poorly. It would fall apart upon every attempt at use. I wrote to customer service requesting to return the item and get a refund, but they do not have a policy that allows that. I would avoid using this retailer at all costs.
